Xia Nuan took a glance at Ye Sichen and complained in a low voice, “Please put me down…”

Ye Sichen looked at three kids resignedly, and he had to let her down, “Well, mom and I will take a shower for you.”

She took off clothes, mixed water and washed her tired body. At this time, Ye Sichen rushed in the bathroom suddenly. Xia Nuan got shy and pushed him, “You go out first and come in after I’m done.”

When Xia Nuan woke up, it was already dawn. But Ye Sichen wasn’t here. There was a letter which he wrote on the bedside table, “I don’t want to see the scene that you send me away. You need to have a good rest. I will come back as soon as possible. Wait for me.”

Seeing these words, she felt endless sweetness in her heart.

It was happiness and sweetness.

At this time, children didn’t get up yet. They were still sleeping. Xia Nuan put on clothes and left the bedroom to the kitchen. She began to prepare breakfast for them.

After cooking breakfast, she brought the food to the table. The kids had already got up. They were dressed and led downstairs by servants.

“Mom, dad is on TV. I want to watch TV.” Nianci led Ansheng to the sofa in the living room and sat down. Then she took the remote control and turned on the TV.

Xia Nuan glanced at it and really saw Ye Sichen.

“Hi, babies. Where’s your mother?” Ye Sichen waved to Nianci and Ansheng in the screen.

Xia Nuan found that he installed the video chat function on the LCD TV at home. She was in Ye Sichen’s sight clearly.

“Have you had a good rest?’ Ye Sichen asked.

“Well, I’m fine. What can I do for you? Where are you now?” Xia Nuan sat on the sofa with Ansheng in her arms and looked at him with deep feelings.

“I miss you and kids.”

Xia Nuan smiled bashfully, “You just left for a while.”

Ye Sichen also smiled, and his eyes were full of sincerity, “You know that I miss you all the time.”

When the kids heard dad and mom’s conversation, they covered mouths and giggled.

“You are not afraid that kids will laugh at you.” Xia Nuan said.

“I’m not afraid. They are all our children.” He gazed at her neck deeply, “You eat first.”

He closed the video and sat with Lacy.

Lacy looked out of the cabin and frowned.

“Now I have to finish this task without any delay. Time is life. I have to ensure the safety of my parents.” Lacy appeared to be fidgety.

Ye Sichen handed him a bottle of water and comforted him, “Don’t worry. I will help you. But you have to tell me the truth. Did you break up with Mi Ke’er because you didn’t want to implicate her?”

Lacy nodded slowly, “Yes. I don’t want to implicate her. My parents have been already involved. I don’t want her to get involved in.”

He was in pain for losing Mi Ke’er.
