“I won’t believe anyone anymore.”

After being plotted by the people around him several times, Ye Sichen became more and more suspicious. Except Ken and a few confidants, he didn’t believe anyone.

Even after he heard the explanation of Xia Nuan and the old lady, he still didn’t believe Xia Nuan.

He tried to protect himself from being hurt. As long as he didn’t believe her, he could prevent himself from deception.

Clenching his fists behind his back, he passed Xia Nuan and then left the lounge.

“Ye Sichen, even if you are defamed by others and the whole world, I still believe in you. Why don’t you believe me?” Xia Nuan complained.

“You can also choose not to believe me. I don’t care anyway.” Ye Sichen paused and looked at Xia Nuan, “You have one night’s time to stay with Wuyou and Nianci. But don’t appear in front of me after tomorrow.”

The old lady stood there awkwardly, “Ms. Xia, I have tried my best, but Mr. Ye doesn’t believe it.”

Since Xia Nuan was a well-known designer now and she got many famous people’s support, the old lady dared not to rile her.

Xia Nuan’s eyes became cold. She held back her tears, “It doesn’t matter. You can leave now.”

Then the old lady was relieved and left silently.

Wuyou and Nianci came in at this time. Xia Nuan pretended to be happy and held them in her arms.

“How’s everything going? Are you good with dad?”

“Yeah, we are good.”

“That’s great!” Nianci said happily.

Xia Nuan just smiled and left with them.

Being serious and respectful, Ken approached and said to Xia Nuan, “Mr. Ye had left. He has booked a private room for you in the stadium. You can stay here to accompany them tonight.”

Xia Nuan acquiesced to the decision, and took Wuyou and Nianci to the private room under his guidance.

However, Ken had always been wary of her, and he sent people specially to guard outside the private room.

Xia Nuan accompanied the children to play hide-and-seek in the room. When they were tired, she took them to the bathroom for shower.

Since Wuyou and Nianci had grown up, Xia Nuan had to bathe them separately.

As Wuyou came out from the bathroom, he wore a pair of pajamas Xia Nuan bought for him. Then he sat on the sofa and browsed Xia Nuan’s mobile phone.

Ye Sichen booked the whole bar and drank the wine inside quietly.

Ken stood beside him and frowned.

The bartender held back his excitement and poured glasses of wine for Ye Sichen.

Ken finally couldn’t stand it anymore. He motioned to the bartender to stop.

“Mr. Ye, it’s time to go back. You have to rehearse tomorrow.”

“Ken, are the children with her?”

“Yes, sir.”

Ye Sichen wanted to say something but he became silent then. He staggered to his car with a coat.

When he got on the car, his phone rang.

He saw a familiar number on the screen, and the text saying, “Wuyou wants you to bathe him”.

Ye Sichen’s heart was stirred. He put down his phone and looked at the neon streets outside the window.

Ken started the engine and headed for the manor, but he drove very slowly.

At this time, his phone rang again. Ye Sichen’s hand trembled.

“The children insist that they won’t get out of the bathroom unless you come here.”

Ye Sichen was a little absent-minded, “Go to the stadium.”

Looking at Ye Sichen with astonishment, Ken turned the steering wheel.

Until he got to the stadium, he finally realized that he asked Ken to drive him here.

Both Wuyou and Nianci dressed in pajamas. They peeked through the crack of the bedroom door.

“Hey, let’s close the door. Otherwise, Dad will find us.” Wuyou was afraid that Nianci might make any sound. So, the door was temporarily closed.

Actually, Xia Nuan was taking a shower in the bathroom. She heard that someone rotated the door knob and then looked in that direction, “Nianci? Is that you?”

After bathing them separately, she took them to the bedroom. She thought it was them who couldn’t wait to hear her stories.

No one responded outside.

She wrapped herself in a bath towel and walked forward to open the door. Suddenly, the door opened, and Ye Sichen broke in accidentally.

Xia Nuan was so scared by his appearance that her bath towel dropped.

“Where are Wuyou and Nianci?” Ye Sichen looked around and then looked at Xia Nuan. Seeing her naked, he was stunned and looked away suddenly.

“You called me here to see you naked?” Ye Sichen sneered.

Her long hair reached her waist. The fluffy black hair showed her white skin.
