“Your eyes are the most suitable for her, and only yours are useful.” Ye Yichen gazed at Murong Xue, and explained, stressing each syllable, “I promise to marry you, and take care of you your entire life if you agree to help!”

“Who needs your hypocritical compensation? Stop being self-sentimental!”

Imperturbable as she always has been, Murong Xue couldn’t help cursing after hearing Ye Yichen’s so-called excuse. “It was Ye Yichen and Qin Yuyan’s incapacity and their failure in dodging the assassination of people from Nan Jiang, which brought about the current consequence.
