As Li Yao’s body hung downward caused by gravitational force, the rope around the pillar tightened abruptly. The body of the metallic snake circled around the rope and was tied into a dead knot.

The Arcane Guardian’s body crashed into the ground and formed a huge crater on the grass field, it was lifeless.

Just as everyone was about to cheer for Li Yao, they heard the rope in Li Yao’s hand squeak, and then it broke with a snap.

The rope in his hand snapped at the position where the pillar and platform were linked.

Even though they were not there on the spot, everyone unwittingly let out a horrified gasp. As the rope snapped, Li Yao plummeted downward like a meteor.
