Luckily it didn't take long for their food to come out. The two were ecstatic to see their dishes coming, especially Lucas as he'd been entranced by the smell the minute they walked into the restaurant.

Once the food was placed on their table, the waiter took out a polaroid camera.

Since they had talked about other matters, Lucas had totally forgotten about the picture that they had to take.

The waiter angled himself so that he could have both people in his frame.

”Can you guys make a heart and send each other loving looks? A very romantic couple feel.”

Lucas was taken aback. All he thought he had to do was take the picture and get it over with. What was with this looking at each other lovingly bulls.h.i.+t?

Eunha bit her lips while sparing glances at him. G.o.d. This was kind of awkward.

She leaned in to whisper. ”Are you sure you want to do this.”

He stared at her for a second before grabbing her hand which was on the table. Eunha flinched up in surprise, there was something very manly about his actions.

”Make a heart,” he demanded.

She nodded slowly before reciprocating the other half of the heart shape he held up. With that, the two awkwardly looked at each other, before looking in other directions.

The waiter put the camera down for a second. ”You guys are a beautiful couple. Don't be shy! Look at each other like you usually do when you are alone.”

Eunha attempted to look at him again, to only shy away from his intense gaze. In fact, even for Lucas this was hard. He regretted agreeing with taking this photo.

The eye-contact between them was uncomfortable and awkward, yet there was something else burning underneath. It was their first time looking at each other for this long.

Was it weird? Eunha's heart starting beating a bit faster.

Even Lucas, who was normally comfortable, was using all his might not to look away in embarra.s.sment. At this moment, strange thoughts overran his head.

Eunha looked kinda cute.
