87 Transformation Start! (1/2)

That following Sat.u.r.day was quiet. After the s.h.i.+rtless incident, the two did not see each other often. There were so many preparations to make and things to do.

Before Yoona knew it, Sunday morning came. Coming quicker than a blink of an eye.

Although her anxiety hadn't acted up before, since the day had finally come, her heart was a nervous wreck.

She was going to see the Moon siblings again.

s.h.i.+vers ran up her spine. f.u.c.king h.e.l.l. Hopefully today would go smoothly without problems. Her goal was not to freak out upon seeing them and to act as she was unbothered. Everything was set into place and her mind was 'ready', however, she might act differently once time came. Who knows if her body would listen to her. For all she knew, she could go in full-on panic attack from just seeing their faces.

But then again, this time the circ.u.mstances were different. Not only was she in a higher position, but Minhyun was going to be by her side.

She knew that he would protect her no matter what. He wouldn't allow them to lay a finger on her.

Therefore, she swallowed her fears as best as she could and made a mental note that she would be absolutely fine.

”Are you ready to go?”

Yoona let out a smile as she watched Minhyun exit his room. He looked very handsome in his black suit. Accents of red peeked out of his pockets adding flair to the overall picture.

”Yup! Let's go to Desire's. I'm so excited to wear the dress and to get the makeup and hair done,” she exclaimed.

He patted her head. ”Okay, let's go.”

It was still five hours before the actual event so Yoona was slightly confused to why they left in the car early. Nonetheless, she followed Minhyun knowing that he knew this world better than she.

When they entered the beauty shop, Desire was already at the entrance with her attendants, ready for their care.

The atmosphere tensed with Minhyun's arrival, all the people sucking in their breathes. Nervousness was apparent on the worker' faces; some avoided looking at him because they were scared while others stared due to his gorgeousness. The mixture of reactions made Yoona want to giggle.

Desire bowed slightly before sticking out her hand. ”It is a pleasure to see you again.”

Minhyun nodded in acknowledgment before returning the action. ”Likewise.”

Desire shot a glance at Yoona and shook her hand the same way. ”My model is finally here I see.”

A nervous laugh escaped her lips. ”Yes. The day is finally here.”

Desire quickly caught on to her heavy heart. ”Don't be nervous. You have my beauty shop to help you. Once we are finished with your look, you will be the most stunning girl in the whole room. I guarantee.”

Knowing Desire's talents and after seeing the serious glint in her eyes, Yoona couldn't help but smile. Tonight she was going to be transformed. It was guaranteed; both physically and mentally. The Yoona that everyone knew would be gone, replaced with a strong girl who will be able to withstand anything in her path. This was the first step.

A princess with her prince by her side. The enemy didn't even have a chance to strike with them side-by-side.

Turns out, the five hours were necessary.

So many steps were made during this span.

First, the workers ma.s.saged her to make sure her body and face weren't bloated. They wanted her starting point to be the best she could be. Through the use of oils and other refined elements, the beautician pressed her thumbs against her temples and began to work around her skin. After they were finished, they let her take a quick shower with their refined shower products.

Yoona was very overwhelmed by the complexity. She didn't know that the first step would be this.

Secondly, her body was waxed to the core. Originally, Yoona didn't have much body hair to begin with, however, all parts that the workers deemed should be completely free of any frizz was ripped off. Her sensitive skin became agitated from the intensity but luckily, the area was soothed by a wondrous cream which replaced the heat with a cooling sensation.
