24 Chapter 24: Fight Against Alaster: 1/3 (1/2)
Ned after saying that went to find the old man. But since he was the cook, he was told that they can fight tomorrow.
And so Ned went into his room, and entered the s.p.a.ce. Although he was tired, meditation always alleviated his tiredness. But he had many things to think about today. He had reached a state where he can either relax while meditating or he can just calmly ruminate over things.
Today he wanted to think about the skill he had got much earlier. The three steps of Hermes.
That was a movement technique and he had barely scratched the surface of the first step. Granted he didn't train it much, as at the time he was still working on the gravity spell that will make his swordsman and rogue training much faster.
But along the three months he was finally done with the spell. Therefore he can resume the training of the skill. At the time he was fighting the rank 3 bear, he had used it coupled with his Mountain splitting slash as he detached it's arms.
He knew that it was an awesome skill. And he wanted to master it until he could teleport. Right now he was even using the new gravity spell he had mastered.
He also wondered if he can get other such skills that were based on G.o.ds. He knew that the s.p.a.ce was overpowered. Although he is training according to this world's system, he knew that once he reached a certain rank, his strength will be much more than the system can fathom.
According to his calculations, once he was rank 7 he would be able to use both the rogue skill and sword skill to their limits. Meaning he could teleport and split mountains like they were just tofu.
And from what he knew this past months, only rank 8 s.p.a.ce magicians were able to teleport, but the distance was limited, and only swordsmen of rank 9 could split mountains.
And so once he reached rank 7 he would practically be the strongest human. As there were no s.p.a.ce magicians past rank 7, and there were no swordsmen of rank 9.
But of course there were many unknowns such as the demons, and also his fighting experience would be lacking compared to the rank 8 twin path who was said to have lived more than one hundred year.
However, all this a.s.sumptions were based on the two skills he currently had. And he had a feeling that he would get many more. And he would be able to use them all. Unlike normal warriors, who can only master one technique to be able to pa.s.s the ranks.
Ned was never restricted by the laws of this world.
