Here is another difficulty with t.i.tles and phrases in translation. The problem lies in flow/grammar versus a proper sounding t.i.tle. In Chinese, there is no distinction in this particular case. The name sounds good and works just fine when used in the narrative. If we were to describe the halberd and the emperor in the legends, then “One halberd to rampage throughout the nine heavens” fits better. If we were to use this name as an attack, which it is in this case, then “Nine Heavens Rampaging Thrust” is better.]
