141 Get the party to them (1/2)

In a old abandoned warehouse.

A person dressed in black jacket and jeans with a mask on his face paced around the room impatiently. Every minute he would check on the time anticipating for someone.

He heard a car sound and peeped outside to verify if it's same person he was expecting.

A lady got down from the car gracefully, she looked around cautiously ensuring no one has followed her before entering the warehouse.

”Why are you so late? I have been waiting since two hours.” The person expressed his dissatisfaction removing his mask.

”Shut up! You think it's easy for me to come out now? Police are suspecting me, I'm being followed everywhere. Fortunately, somehow I got rid of them on the way.” Xu Liang massaged her temple.

”What do we do now?” The person asked little annoyed.

”Nothing! We are doing nothing. Don't do anything stupid and stay underground for few days. I'll try to manage the situation. Here, take this money” Xu Liang passed a thick envelope.

She could have just transferred it to his account. But everything is monitored about her and this transaction would be suspicious.

”What? only so much?! Give me more, I can't stay underground with this amount.” The person demanded more angrily.

”Shall I kill her?” The person asked bluntly as if he's asking about the weather.

”No, idiot! Don't do anything without my order. I want to kill her more than anyone, but it's not the right time.” Xu Liang explained feeling frustrated talking to this person.

”How is Yu Yuri?” The person asked after a long time.

”She's better now. She has calmed down.”

”I can't contact you for now. I'll send you signal as usual if needed.” The person nodded.

Anna frowned looking at the sudden change. Is something going on today?

”What happened? Is something going on today?” Anna asked walking towards her cabin with Yu Han.

”Director Yu Chong has organised the shareholders meeting today. All the shareholders have already arrived. The meeting begins in fifteen minutes.” Zu Penny explained real quick.
