30 Were you scared? (1/2)

Anna initially thought to give a visit to Yu Han's apartment and pack her stuff but it was too far from here.

The apartment Yu Han owns is in 'Goodwood Residence'. The place is located to the West of Yu company and it would take an hour to reach. So she planned to complete her work first then later she would collect her things and leave from their directly.

But she was drowned too deep in her work, the project she is working on is a manufacturing of automobile and aircraft components which was totally her field so Anna was even more dedicated.

”Ms Yu, if nothing else I'll take my leave.” Zu Penny reminded Anna as it was already half past six.

Realizing the time Anna nodded and told her to leave. She stayed back and completed few more details in the draft report.

Stretching her sore arms and limbs Anna packed her stuffs and got ready to leave. She was too tired. The whole company seemed empty most of the lights in the building was off. Her heels clicking on the marble floor resonated in the hallway. It was kind of freaky.

'Idiot, stupid why did you park the car in basement.' Anna scolded herself.

She wasn't afraid of the dark maybe a little bit but she was scared of the creepiness it's giving. It was like it's reminding her something is wrong, she has forgotten something.

She had heard some of the employees talking about a wandering ghost in the basement. An old died of attack heart in the basement and her spirit is roaming around there and recently another employee died in the basement. Her whole body shook in fear.

Chanting few mantras she entered the nearly dark basement, it was dead silent like a mortuary. Not looking anywhere else she hurriedly walked straight to her parked car.

She didn't notice a tall shadow approaching her silently from behind.

When she was about to insert the key to open the door.

”You're late.” A voice said behind her said it was deep and hoarse. Her soul left her body when she heard it.

”Ahhh!!!!!..” Anna screamed dropping the key and bent down to her knee in fear.

”Jesus, Jesus please have mercy on me..” She was shaking in fear.

”What happened?” The person asked in concern. He was confused on why she screamed.

Recognizing the familiar voice Anna looked up to confirm it. Ji Yang's handsome face met her eyes. Anger flared up clenching her fist she pushed him back with force. Ji Yang didn't even budge a bit.
