8 Chap 8: Althidon the capital (1/2)

Althidon is both the name of the capital and the name of the country and I don't know why but even street vendors seems to be selling fist techniques and even C grade, B grade and even higher grades.

Now I see why everyone is selling fist techniques. Turns out that a hero of over 1500 levels had used his soul to create a dungeon in this city thousands of years ago and every 50-100 monsters would drop inheritance crystals which have one fist skill in them this is a heaven for people who fights with their fists. The bad part is you can't get any bodies from the dungeon. Well I still have three weeks before the Royal Academy's entrance exam so I should go and check it out starting tomorrow.

I found an inn to stay at had my dinner and slept till 6 am in the morning then I went to the dungeon they told me that there was an entrance fee for every time I entered so I wen't to the marketplace and bought some dried meat that would be enough for two months even though I was going to stay for three weeks. This was because my regeneration used my bodys energy so if I got hurt I would have to eat more after getting ready I went into the dungeon and started killing every monster that I came in contact with I also memorized the road that I have taken so that I wouldn't get lost if I went deeper and thats exactly what I did I went deeper and deeper the monsters weren't getting any more powerful but their numbers were getting more and more by the way I have been calling them monsters but they are human-like monsters that fight with their fists and they are about 2 meters which is not that longer than I am. They son't give me any skills when I kill hem but drill seems to be progressing way faster than it used to be and its already level 12 I don't know if it will evolve again or not (It won't but it will get more powerful don't worry). I have earned about 100 inheritance crystals in one day at first I was 73 lvl and it was hard for me to kill a lot of the monsters on my own but after leveling up a few more times and using the inheritance crystals to get D grade and C grade skills to integrate with my drill I am able to kill way more than the first day I got 200 more inheritance crystals in my second day and 300 on my first day and after that I kept earning about 300 inheritance crystals a day and I exited the dungeon after I got 5133 skills in total most of them were D class there was about 500 C class and there was only 5 B class skills which I learnt but I couldn't integrate them into my drill since it wasn't B class but now it is and with the integration of the 5 B class skills even if it isn't the most powerful B class skill it is pretty powerful. At the 9th day I reached level 100 but I didn't want to become a transcendent before getting my drill to either A or S tier so that I can continue to use it after after I become even a demigod and currently there is no one after me but if I show off too much that might not be the case and Normally the learnt skills you have would be pretty useless for most people as they can't integrate it with anything else but the skills in the skill tree are able to grow the only reason I can integrate skills to my drill is because it a unique skill I earned from the Blood merger and I have been trying to find out what changed when it evolved into E2 but I still don't have any idea. I also wanted to test id I could add monster skills to my drill if I can I know a lot of monsters that are using penetration type attack abilities to pierce armor and I will try my luck with the monsters since I have thousands of skills integrated into my drill I can now penetrate a lot more and my movement and judgement in battle has increased because I have been fighting a lot well there is 3 days before the Royal Academy's entrance exam so I'll look for information about monsters that have penetration type abilities from the adventurers guild in this town

Well the adventurers guild in this town is massive but I can sense people are not as friendly as they were in viridian city still I ask for the info about the monsters and there are 34 monsters around the vicinity of the town that uses penetrative abilities so I started hunting them and a few of them gave me the penetrative type of skills that I was looking for exactly 6 skills

I tried integrating them with the drill and it worked beautifully and it advanced the skill more than a C grade skill would almost as much as a B grade and I was shocked because there are hundreds of monsters that use penetrative abilities if I kill even 200-300 species it would probably be enough to upgrade my drill to A grade.

I wonder what is the final limit of inheritance crystals and how much I can earn before it loses effectiveness well thats for another time now I need to go participate in the entrance exam

I reach the Academy entrance and there seems to be more than 1000 people here I wonder what the tests will be like I heard they take only 20-30 people every year.

I found my mates from the caravan trip two of them are participating in the test it seems the others just came to check their combat powers against people who are participating

A man in black attire comes out of the gate and says

” Anyone who is over level 100 and under age 25 to my left, anyone on level 100 and below that are also under 25 to my right you have 30 seconds anyone over age 25 leave now”

20-30 people turn around and leave and the rest of us do what we are told I go to the right side of the man and there is only 2 people who is to the left side of him and I am shocked I thought there would be at least a few tens of people there but I guess not.

” the two of you just go straight in to the central building and get your school clothes rest of you follow me”
