Yan Liang frowned as she got out of bed. She thought of finding her phone and placing a call.

When she heard the other side say hello, she suddenly did not know what to say.

It looked like he was the one who dropped her home. Yan Liang wasn’t really sure if she was more relieved or more worried.

Then suddenly he recovered his composure, gestured at his assistant to keep quiet, hung up the phone and dialled a number on his mobile phone.

The call connected after a couple of rings.

The other party did not speak.

Lu Zheng didn’t beat around the bush, he directly asked him,”Yesterday , late at night, you called me to drop your wife home. What exactly are you up to?”

“ If you want to get what you want most, then don’t ask anything, don’t mess up anything.”

Lu Zheng waited a long time but this sad the only answer he received.

And the other side had already hung up the phone, leaving Lu Zheng to silently weigh his options.

Xu Ziqing was frequently summoned to the police station. So for Yan Liang , it wasn’t difficult to find her; she just went to the police station to wait for her.

But when Yan Liang reached the station, she was told that Xu Ziqing was in the hospital.
