”Haha, your demonic tiger is nothing much, huh?” Devil Face laughed c.o.c.kily.

”Oh, is that so?” Xiang Shaoyun smiled nonchalantly.

”Are you blind? Can't you see that my bat is already killing your tiger?” said Devil Face.

”The only thing I see is your bat on the verge of being ripped apart by my mount,” said Xiang Shaoyun before he abruptly roared in the direction of the bucktooth tiger and the devil blood bat.

”Roar!”

His murderous sound wave caused the entire area to start trembling, and being the main target of the roar, the bat was stunned and started falling from the sky. The bucktooth tiger seized this opportunity and threw himself at the bat with all his power. A vital part of the bat was bitten, causing it to wail in pain as it struggled. But Xiang Shaoyun appeared before him and said, ”I am your opponent.”

”Claw technique? Sure, I'll play along,” said Xiang Shaoyun with an indifferent smile as he countered with a claw technique of his own.

Numerous claws flew everywhere, ripping the air apart. Even the nearby trees and stones were all torn to smithereens by the ma.s.sive amount of claw energies. Since Xiang Shaoyun was not at peak condition, he was unable to instantly defeat his opponent.

However, his Seven Scorching Sun Claws technique was superior to the Devil Blood Claws. Coupled with his rich combat experience and outstanding visual prowess, he was able to fight Devil Face to a standstill.

Meanwhile, Hua Honglou finally had the chance to swallow a stalk of spirit medicine to heal herself. She did not spend a lot of time healing. Rather, after a tiny bit of recovery, she leaped forth, trying to launch a sneak attack on Devil Face.

Xiang Shaoyun shouted at her, ”If you still have strength left, help Big Brother Liang. Stop messing with my fight.”
