Chapter 852 (1/2)

In the morning, the sky lights up.

Jess, who works as a code translator at the Fleet Command, is leaving ahead of time. She is going to feel some shopping at the grocery store near the port today.

When she walked from home to the port, she was lucky to find the grocery store open.

Two fat Japanese children are playing on the porch, full of energy and enviable.

”What a happy little fellow.” Thinking of walking into the store, Jess suddenly heard a burst of gunfire over the harbor, just as she heard during the live fire drill that began after the year.

The shopkeeper is drinking tea behind the counter. This is a short Japanese with dark hair, wearing a floral shirt and beach pants, and the shelves are full of neat goods.

”What can I do for you, ma'am... All right, here we are.” Knowing that Jess needed alcohol to rub her skin, the shopkeeper walked into the blue curtain behind her with a smile.

The gunfire is getting louder and louder, and the plane is roaring overhead. It sounds really strange.

Jess went to the door and found that a large number of high flying planes were flying in formation to the port in the black smoke of heavy artillery fire.

More and more uneasy, Jess quickly ran to the car and took out the telescope.

At first, she could only see the blue sky and a cloud of black smoke. She said, ”the weather is really good.”

Then three planes came into view, forming a dazzling silver triangle.

On the wing of the plane was painted a solid ”plaster flag” round, which scared her to throw away her telescope.

”Ma'am, there are so many planes! Such a large-scale performance is really rare. ” The owner who got the alcohol appeared next to her, grinning and giving her the packaged goods. His smiling eyes narrowed into a slit.

His children stood on the porch behind him, pointing to the sky and chirping in pungent Japanese.

In the U.S. Navy, few people like the Japanese in Hawaii, like to guess which of them is a spy.

Jess worked in the headquarters all the year round, doing the work of translating codes, which naturally infected her.

Now, right here, the Japanese grinned at her, and over their heads, Japanese planes roared past, in Hawaiian and American airspace.

What does that mean?

Ha... It's great, these shameless Japanese.

When this happened, Jess's impression of the Japanese was even worse.

So after taking over the owner's things, she opened the door, put the things in the back seat, and got on the car without the owner's reaction.

Bang Bang

The shopkeeper slapped on the glass to show that she had not paid.

For the first time, Jess responded sternly in the way a sailor greets others: ”fuck you mom.”

If Li Zitao was present, she would be asked to use her left arm to pass under her right arm, then erect her left arm in front of her, and violently pop up a middle finger.

Step on the accelerator pedal to the bottom, and the car sped away, leaving only the gaping little Japanese shopkeeper behind and his chirping baby bear.

When Jess arrived at the port, she was stunned by the view.

In the morning, the place where a battleship was docked was replaced by a huge orange fireball, and the sound of ”whoosh” kept ringing in the sky.

The big red ball, which was surrounded by thick smoke, was almost deafened by the big explosion. The air wave fell down on her face and was blazing.

A round cloud of black smoke and a red flame rose into the sky along the faded plume, and then there was another explosion, sending out beautiful oranges and purples.

The smoke was gone, and the battleship in the fireball finally appeared in the sight, but it was a wrecked ship that was cut in two from the middle.
