The golden hair that usually fluttered in the air was now greased and combed neatly and shiningly. The white suit was even taller, with silver-rimmed glasses hanging from the bridge of his nose. His long white middle finger and ring finger held the goblet.
The blood-red liquid continued to swirl around in the transparent glass, and a faint aroma of wine slowly filled the air.
Vils walked over and glanced at the little guy being led by Thunder Emperor with interest. ”Sure enough, he's been brought here.”
”Ah!” Thunder Emperor replied.
While they were talking, Si Xiaobao secretly let go of the man's hand and dived towards their destination like a wild horse with its reins untied. The man raised his eyebrows slightly, but didn't stop him. He only roughly scanned his destination, but didn't find any suspicious or dangerous items. This could be considered as letting him go.
With the first person to talk to Thunder Emperor, there would then be a second person. When the crowd saw Vils talking to Thunder Emperor, they all followed suit and gathered around him like flies.
Very quickly, Thunder Emperor was surrounded on all sides, not to mention the rest of the people that didn't squeeze in, all of them stood at the periphery of the crowd and looked at the people that were surrounded with both expectation and disappointment.
Si Xiaobao didn't notice what happened to Thunder Emperor. His entire attention was attracted by the food on the long table. The table was filled with deliciously delicious food, and the fragrance of the food filled the air, causing his eyes to shine, and his bud to salivate.
His eyes were like a probe as they quickly scanned through the food before finally landing on a plate of roast duck in the middle of the long table. The roast duck was neither big nor small. It was placed on a white porcelain plate, roasted until it was golden yellow, and sprinkled with a layer of sesame seeds.
It looks delicious.
He stood on his tiptoes and reached out his hand towards the roast duck. He grabbed at it, but he couldn't catch it. It was still a distance away from the roast duck plate.
Si Xiaobao twitched his mouth. It was unknown how many times he had been dissatisfied with his short stature. He stood up and compared himself to the table. Sadly, he discovered that he was only a few centimeters taller than this table.
The roast duck was placed in the middle of the table, and he had not been able to get his hands on it.
His black, beady eyes stared at the table as he thought of something. He peeked around and realized that no one was paying attention to him and they were all talking.
A good chance!
Si Xiaobao's mouth split into a smile, his little body took a few steps back to make a run for it, then he quickly rushed forward. When he arrived at the table, he put his little paws on the table, pushed his body up and kicked his little fat legs in the air, then quickly climbed up.
After doing all of this, Si Xiaobao was panting like a cow. He looked at his calf in disdain. Si Xiaobao's mood became even more dejected as he recalled how the young master once dominated the campus.
He immediately decided to turn grief and indignation into appetite and eat them all!
He turned around and picked up the plate of roast duck. With a swoosh, he tore off a large portion of the duck leg, filling it with oil. He took a bite, and the burnt juice flowed through the bud. The deliciousness made him squint his eyes, slightly reducing the disappointment in his heart.
Si Xiaobao felt a little tired after eating a duck leg. He threw the bones under the table, wiped the grease off his hands onto the tablecloth, and was about to climb down from the table.
A mocking voice came from above.
”Yo, quickly look who this is ~ Why don't you know the rules!”
