Otorine's growing aura of negativity had stopped flowing instantaneously. As she felt the embracing warmth of her beloved. As she opened her eyes, she witnessed that Nassus was hugging her tight. Nassus looked at her straight,
”But let me tell you this my Goddess Ori. This may become the state of Celestia Heavens if all else fails. Just like what happened to the other heavenly realms as said by Senku.”.
Otorine's eyes were widely surprised,
”What do you mean?”.
Then, Nassus replied expressively,
”Please wake up! Ori...”.
That sudden moment, Nassus kissed her without any warning. Otorine had stopped feeling down in the gutters. Instead, her whole body was filled with relieving warmth aided by the breezing petals of licorice. The air around them wasn't filled with dread anymore. Otorine accepted his offer and their internal heat of their tongues entwined, while her eyes were shut. Their trance of dancing flowers of soothing fragrance made Otorine to calm herself down. Rather, she felt a glimpse of cloud nine, removing all of her tensions away. As soon as they had stopped understanding each others hearts of passion. Otorine caressed her lover's face and made a heartwarming smile of a thankful maiden,
”I see...I understand what you mean, my dear Nassus...”.
The skies of malevolence started to shatter. Everything else started to disappear. Though, she saw the smile of a guardian angel from Nassus before he faded away,
”The future lies in your hands now...my Goddess...”.
For some strange reason, she saw that a white starry light ascended from Nassus's body. Soon enough, the walls of a distorted and rippled plane was revealed to her eyes. There after, an echoing voice from the depths of the coursing indigo abyss uttered out its statements,
”So...do you believe in the truth I had bestowed upon you? Will you abide by the guidance of Distortion and not go against its will?”.
Otorine took a step forward and held her lower chin,
”While the things you had shown me had some truth in it...”.
She brought out her fanblades of dazzling grace and pointed her weapons with a fierce look on her face,
”Yet! I still believe in the Celestia Heavens that I know and we will succeed!”.
The distorted voice started to react with a pissed-off tone,
”Why! Why won't you believe thy visions!”.
Otorine exclaimed,
”It's because...we're given a choice on which path we should take! We shall not succumb to your catastrophic prophecies!”.
The next moment, everything trembled and the loud menacing laugh of a demonic growling beast was heard throughout the whole enclosed realm of chaos,
”GWAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAH! You're the first one to defy my words little Goddess. Even though, I tweaked those PAST VISIONS OF THOSE OTHER HEAVENLY REALMS into your favor...”.
It seemed the distorted entity tried to imprint false prophecies and altered visions from the other realms in order to manipulate Otorine's mind. After that, the grimacing menace blurted out more,
”AND IT SEEMS THOSE CHOSEN ONES OF OMEGA TRIED TO DEFY THEIR FATE AND DESTINY! Yet, let us see if you can truly SAVE EVERYONE'S BE DAMNED FATE!”.
It seemed there was an interference from an external force, as said by the voice of distortion. Soon, Otorine heard the snap of the fingers and her senses saw a bright flashing light.
As she opened her eyes, she was in a different place. As she gotten up. She saw an ethereal throne decorated by various spheres filled with malicious energy at the highest peak. More so, Senku was standing right next to her,
”Yo!”.
Without wasting any time she pounced away and brought out her fanblade weapons in a dazzling way. As she glanced around cautiously, she saw that the whole cosmic and runic throne room had the air of pinnacle divinity. Not only that, she noticed that the little Nassus was out cold at the nearby corner. Moreover, the kid was also encroached on a thick blanket. Otorine wasn't quite pleased when she saw the sad state of her young Nassus. In turn, she threatened Senku with her cold and brave stare,
What did you do to Nassus? Senku!?”.
Senku touched his own forehead and sighed with a sinister grin,
”I don't know if you were to believe me but, BOTH OF US just tried to save you.”.
Then, he made a thumbs-up,
”And here you are, good as new. Oh yeah, the kid's just out cold. I didn't do anything to him. Since, I don't want to pick on a kid.”.
After he was done with his statements, he revealed his flamethrower gunblade of burning glory and overflowing demise. He pointed at his weapon at her and he made a fierce look of a sharp-eyed tiger,
”So...let's get this show on the road. Let the divine battle begin!”.
