”Meera can I call you babe?” He asked out of the blue while they were walking to their apartment.

”We aren't dating yet, so no.” She said coldly.

”So will you be my girlfriend?” He asked looking into her eyes.

”Isn't that too normal? Also, you're a prince I don't expect this from you.” She said in disappointment but was actually teasing him.

He made her sit on a bench nearby, stood in from of her, went down on knees, held her hand, and asked, ”Meera I love you and you're my first love. I want to be with you, want to spend time with you and know you better than you know yourself. I want to be the person you can always come up to, your everything. I can't imagine my life without you. Neither do I want to be with someone else nor do I want to see you with someone else. So will you be my girlfriend? My only love?”

He looked at her with a serious look. She just stared at him and didn't say anything.

”You're so romantic.” She mumbled but he heard her.

”Really?” He asked excitedly.

”Wait no I..I mean yes.” She panicked and he laughed at her.

”Argh!” She groaned in frustration .

”Are you embarrassed?” He asked.

”I was just teasing you but you took it really seriously.” She said and covered her face with her hands due to embarrassment.

”But I had to ask it someday so why now? So what's your answer my queen?” He asked getting close to her.
