Gee got angry because of Wendy's attitude.
”Why she behave like this”
”she knows I like Xue ?”
”How come she knows ?”
”I didn't express my feelings to Xue also.”
”she knows something.”
”Why she holds a grudge against me.”
The hotel chef came and asked Gee about grocery items. She asked to go with her in a cold storage room. He took some things left the place. Gee calculated the remaining items in the room. Suddenly someone came and pushed her. Her head hit the steal rack. She fell and unconscious.She locked the cold storage room.
In the party hall, Wendy, Lucy, the hotel manager Yung, and some other staff came to check the arrangement. Wendy's manager came and said to Wendy in whispering sound, ”I locked her in the cold storage room. No-one knows she is in the room. In a few hours, she will leave the world.”
Wendy heard the news and smile. Lucy noted her face reaction.
Lucy: ”Ms. Wendy, I think you hear some exclusive news. your face glow.”
Wendy: ”Nothing special. Xue is coming on the way to the hotel.”
Lucy: ”wow, it's good news. Let me know anything; ifyou want.”
Wendy: ”Help me to fire that woman Gee.”
The hotel manager, Yung: ”Anything serious Ms. Wendy.”
Lucy said to Yung, ”Yes, sir. She said something about Gee. We will check and fire her.” and she said to Wendy, ”Don't worry. I will take care. Please enjoy the party.”
and she left the place with Yung.
Yung said to Lucy, ”Stupid woman. Do you know anything, why she grudge against Gee.”
Lucy said, ”Yeah stupid lady, she gave tips, thousand dollars. She thinks money can do anything.”
Lucy and Yung went to the kitchen to check the food preparation.
She heard the sound from the hall and thought
”Party started”
”Where is Gee?”
”She is in the party hall.”
Yung ordered the staff, ”Go and serve the drinks.”
She asked the chef, and he said she is in the cold storage room. Lucy went and saw that place, and it's locked.
The party started, Xue came, and everyone welcomed him.
They pour the wine in the pyramid-shaped glasses. Music started.
Lucy searched Gee in all places. She figured out the incident step by step. ”Wendy manager came and said something, Wendy reaction.”
”Something happened to Gee.”
”Where is she”
One more time, she searched all the places. She had an intuitive conviction to open the cold storage room. She saw Gee was lying on the floor in an unconscious stage. She called everyone in the kitchen. Everyone came and gave first aid to her. She slightly opened the eyes and saw everyone.
One chef gave warm clothes to cover her, and another one gave hot chocolate. It gave energy to Gee.
Lucy said to all the chef, ”thank you. Please go.” Everyone left to that place.
Gee drank the hot chocolate.
Lucy asked her: ”What happened”
Gee: ”someone pushed me.”
Lucy: ”who?”
Gee: ”You also know.”
Lucy: ”Why Wendy tried to kill you?”
Gee: ”How do I know?”
Lucy: ”We go and ask her directly.”
Gee: ”What about the party.”
