Chapter 18 - Figuring It Out (2/2)

Chen, “…”

Half a minute later, a man with glasses came out of another cubicle, flushed and embarrassed. Chen thought it would not be due to constipation. Chen pretended not to hear anything, wiped his hands and left the restroom.

Chen returned to the box and waited. When his mouth was dry, he looked at the time and found that half an hour had passed. But they still hadn’t come back. It was so unbelievable! Chen thought to himself that Liang was even two months younger than him but he was so audacious.

As for himself, he was just a loser. He dared not fight for what he wanted. He would only run away from it.

And then regret it.

Chen dipped his fingers in the wine and wrote a big “loser” on the table.

It took another ten minutes or so before Liang came back. Yu was not seen.

Chen collapsed in the sofa with a lot in his mind. It only made him dizzier. When he saw Liang giving not much reaction, he just asked, “Do you still want to drink?”

Liang heaved a sigh of relief seeing that Chen did not asked where he had been. He went over to sit next to Chen, “Are you all right?”

Chen asked in reply, “What about you? Are you still feeling good?” Without waiting for Liang’s answer, Chen tutted and waved his hand saying, “Well, well. I know you’re good at it. You win.”

Liang, “???”

“I’ve figured it out.” Chen suddenly sat up and looked seriously at Liang, “I’m going to beat you once.”

Liang, “Beat me? For what?”

“Position in the family hierarchy.” Chen let out a burp and said, “I’m gonna be your aunt.”

Liang, “!!!”

Chen patted Liang on his shoulders and stood up, about to walk out. Liang counted the empty bottles over the table and got up to support him, “You’re drunk.”

“I just know you’ll say this.” Chen pulled away his hands. “I’m not drunk. I’m clear in mind. I know what you and that old slut had been doing in the restroom. I’m really not drunk.”

“…”

Liang blushed, and it took quite a while before he thought of something to say, “Don’t call him like that.”

Chen pushed him and raised his voice. “I’m just gonna call him like that. He scares me with snakes. He’s just an old slut. Old!”

Liang, “Are you very young?”

Chen, “Of course I’m very young. I’m only eighteen!”

Liang, “You … your man is old, too!”

Chen, “My … my man is your uncle!”

Liang, “Still old, too!”

Chen, “Disrespectful!”

“Pooh –” Yu bent down with laughter for he had watched the whole arguing leaning against the corridor wall. “Oh, my God. Hahhh.”

Chen hid behind Liang immediately fearing that Yu would frighten him with the snake for his speaking ill of him, totally ignorant of the reality that Amber was twining around Liang’s shoulders. Amber still remembered having scared Chen once, so it poked its head out and stuck out its tongue amicably at Chen.

The snake hissed.

Chen looked up instantly, with his eyes colliding with it and his whole person fixed on the spot.

Amber, “Hiss, hiss.”

Chen rolled his eyes and fainted directly.
