“Your majesty demon lord! Are you alright?” When he opened his eyes, Li Yalin could see Ka Maier with an anxious and remorseful face.

“I……” Li Yalin who just woke up was still confused. Soon, he was fully awake and remembered all the scenes happening when he had fainted.

Former demon lord? It seemed that he had no other choice but to get stronger. Only then could he remove the seal on the former demon lord and go back home.

“I’m really sorry, your majesty demon lord. I was indeed too hasty and ignored your majesty’s body. Please, punish me for the sin I have committed!” After ensuring Li Yalin was not in any life threatening situation, Ka Maier quickly half kneeled in front of him and asked for a punishment.

Observing Ka Maier’s expression, Li Yalin wondered why did she liked to exaggerate such a small incident?

As a person from the peaceful era, Li Yalin would never accept a woman kneeling in front of him every other time. Although he did indeed enjoy such feeling of people kneeling down in front of him, he knew that he should always respect everyone.

Furthermore, Ka Maier was a royal princess. Letting her kneel in front of him was an act which heaven would not forgive at all.

Ka Maier had already knelt in front of him several times. Those times, Li Yalin was not able to stop her. This time, he would not allow such a thing to happen.

He quickly got up from his bed and walked towards Ka Maier, supporting her up. After being in contact with her for some time, Li Yalin had already forgotten that Ka Maier was an existence with pure demon blood. Instead, he saw her just like any other ordinary girl.

It was at this point when Li Yalin offered his hand to support her up, his hand accidentally brushed a place which shouldn’t be touched and caused Ka Maier to be startled (1).

“Your majesty demon lord, you….” Being taken advantage of, Ka Maier blushed with shyness and redness could be seen on her cheek. She did not even dare to have eye contact with Li Yalin.

“A slip of hand, that was just an accident.” Li Yalin’s face showed an awkward expression, he never expected such mishap to happen.

It was just that the touch a moment ago……. That was really full of material ah!

“Haha, then Ka Maier, you go back first and have a rest. I am already fine.” The room’s environment was getting so awkward that Li Yalin decided to send his guest off.

Luckily it was Ka Maier. If it were Yi Siya instead, perhaps both his hands would be chopped off in an instant.

After all, this was the headquarter of demons. From the maids to princesses, everyone was a demon!

“O ya, Ka Maier, next time please don’t kneel in front of me anymore.” When Ka Maier was leaving the room, he did not forget to remind her about the most important thing.

“Yes……your majesty demon lord!” Hearing the request from Li Yalin, Ka Maier hesitated for a moment before nodding her head with a complex expression. This demon lord, he was totally different from any other demon lord.

After Ka Maier left his room, Li Yalin started to make some plans. After all, becoming strong was something which could be easily spoken of, but difficult to execute.

If he practiced like what Ka Maier instructed him to do, he was afraid that till he became an old man, he won’t be able to break the seal of previous demon lord. That obviously won’t do.

Did he really have to use that?

When Li Yalin thought of that, of course he was thinking about the real demon cultivation system which was activated after receiving demon lord inheritance. It was a tricky name but was it really able to make one stronger?

He had received the demon lord inheritance but it turned out to be some random system. If this system was not able to make himself stronger, then he better hit his head till death.

Thinking of the duel in a month’s time and the way to go back home, Li Yalin found his determination. He must fight to the very end.

Whether he could survive or not would depend on this.

Looking at the several words of the mission list, Li Yalin, in his heart nervously decide to accept the mission. What would the task actually be?

After triggered the mission, Li Yalin waited for a while but the virtual screen did not display anything at all regarding the mission. Was it because his method of accepting the mission was wrong?

“Ding! Confirming mission activation. Demon cultivation system activated…….conquering mission activated…..levelling mission activated…..”

When Li Yalin was curiously pondering how to activate the mission, the familiar voice sounded again. So, now the mission activated?

“Mission system is completely activated….main mission start….confirming levelling mission activation….scan is completed…..because demon lord is currently too weak, the system will automatically enhance….”
