Chen Xinyi peered up timidly at Feng Tianlan and asked tentatively, “Really?”

“Why should I be upset?” Mobai had personally taken her shopping and announced to everyone that she was his Princess Consort, which left no room for doubt.

Chen Xinyi swallowed hard. She paused for a bit before saying, “You and the Demon King are close, and yet he turned around and went to the Princess Consort. Are you willing to be the shameful one, always hidden in the shadows?”

“Uh…” Feng Tianlan stared blankly.

Chen Xinyi spoke again, saying angrily, “The Demon King already has his Princess Consort and has doted on her so much. But what about you? What does he take you for? How can he be so greedy?”
