Chapter 506 - Xi Jin Looked For Feng Tianlan (1/2)
Feng Tianlan looked at Luo Yunzhu. She worried about her friend in her heart. She was deeply worried that she might fall in love with Xi Jin. With Yunzhu’s attitude, she had no idea how she would suffer at Shen Yunya’s hands.
Therefore, the best solution was to have her stay away from them and to stop her from falling in love with Xi Jin.
Feng Tianlan continued looking after Si Mobai who was in deep slumber. After a while, there was another knock on the door. She thought it was Luo Yunzhu again, so she went and opened the door. What she saw instead was Xi Jin’s gentle eyes. His green shirt, on top of his gentle temperament, made him look like a high-grade Hetian Jade.
“Miss Feng,” Xi Jin called out gently after seeing Feng Tianlan. Ever since that glance from her the other day, he couldn’t get her out of his mind as if the idea had embedded itself deeply within his mind. It made him continue thinking that she was actually Dai’er.
He was fully aware that he had already found Dai’er. Having such thoughts was not right, but he just couldn’t help it.
Feng Tianlan’s eyes went cold and she spoke in a cold voice, “Is there any matter?”
“Can I speak with Miss Feng alone?”
Feng Tianlan gave him a cold reply immediately, “No.” She wanted to close the doors right after saying that.
She was afraid that he might recognize her. She was also afraid that this was one of Shen Yunya’s schemes where she used Xi Jin to test her. Hence, she could only pretend not to know him.
Xi Jin reached out immediately and stopped the door. “Miss Feng, I have no ill intentions.”
Feng Tianlan raised his head and sneered. “You hit my man, and now you’re telling me you have no ill intentions?”
He really had no ill intentions. However, he had been unintentionally hurting her ever since he started mistaking Tu Xiupei for Dai’er. This ignorance made her feel sadder than all other ill intentions.
If he hadn’t eaten the dumplings, she could still tell him that she was the real Dai’er. _that Tu Xiupei was a fake.
However, there was no ‘if’. He ate a bowl of dumplings made out of her flesh and blood. He ate the person he cared about the most.
