Chapter 448 (1/2)

Chapter 448: A Bloodbath Made Of The Solemn Killing Order

Xi Jin who had rushed forward to help was forced backward and downwards by the strong spiritual force. The tip of his toes brushed the surface of the sea. He stepped down on the water, like he would have if it was ground, and shot back up into the air once again.

“He—lp!” A weak cry for help reached Xi Jin’s ears. He lowered his head for a moment and noticed a person slowly sinking into the sea where he had been. That person did not struggle in the water, and he realized that it was her head he had stepped on to regain his balance to fly back into the sky again.

Although he didn’t want to save her, he considered what he had done, shifted Tu Xiupei to one hand, and fished the person out of the water by the collar.

“Woo! Woo!”

Xiao Qing called out as it flew over.

Xi Jin flew onto Xiao Qing’s back, let go of the girl and slapped her on the back.

“Damn…you!” Luo Yunzhu vomited a mouthful of blood. Before she passed out, she vaguely noticed the green figure before her had an unrivaled handsome stature and a face with an expression that was as gentle as jade. This scene remained imprinted on her closed eyelids.

Could she take back what she had just said?

Si Mobai moved across the water in a flash and threw Zhang Tiancheng and Chuling onto Xiao Qing’s back on his way across the sea. Then, he carried Feng Tianlan with both arms, and he hugged her tightly. His heart was trembling, and he felt overwhelmed with uncharacteristic fear. “Lan’er!”

“It’s you!” Xi Jin was quite shocked when he realized the figure that killed the hitmen was Si Mobai. He had been a Spiritual Emperor previously, but now he had the spiritual strength of a Heavenly Supreme—which was the equivalent to his own strength. It had been only half a year! He had advanced and improved really quickly!

Si Mobai didn’t even glance over at him. He focused all his attention on examining Feng Tianlan’s injuries. “Head back to town.”

Xiao Qing let out a cry in response to his command. It rushed towards the coastal town on the rim of the island. It traveled at the fastest speed it could, sharing Si Mobai’s anxieties about Feng Tianlan. Even then, it wished that it could go even faster, crying out woefully throughout its journey to shore.

“Brother Jin!” Shen Yunya had caught up to them. She was riding on a white swan.
