Chapter 442 (1/2)
Chapter 442: Gu Nansheng’s Reminder
After the day of the discipleship induction, the storm slowly subsided. No one came to pick a fight with them even though the injuries on Feng Tianlan’s palm and shoulder completely recovered in just three days. She looked as if she had never gotten hurt in the first place. On top of that, the internal injuries accidentally caused by Pang Tai were already recovering. This was rather strange.
“Master.”
Feng Tianlan was pondering this matter when she heard Pang Tai’s voice out of nowhere. She frowned. The voice appeared to have come from the roof, so she went up the roof to take a look.
“Master, you are finally here! Quick, pass on your Pill Refining Methods to me!” Looking at Feng Tianlan, Pang Tai’s eyes brightened with child-like excitement. He looked so awed by her it was as though he couldn’t wait to jump forward and hug her thighs.
“Why are you so persistent about wanting me as your master?” There was an obvious difference between their ages and strengths after all.
“Master’s Pill Refining Method is totally new and interesting. I have never seen such a Pill Refining Method before. That’s why… ” Pang Tai sounded was rather shy talking about this. He had been a Pill Refining nerd ever since he was born. He was addicted to Pill Refining. If he wasn’t able to learn her Pill Refining Methods, he would rather die.
“Is that really how it is?” Feng Tianlan was doubtful about this.
“What else could it be?” Pang Tai asked in a puzzled tone. He really just wanted to learn the Pill Refining Method.
Feng Tianlan raised her head to look at him and asked the question that she had been wanting to ask since the day of the discipleship induction. “I didn’t know that the master of the Flying Frost Pavilion’s headmaster is still alive, nor the fact that he is an Advanced-stage Spiritual Grandmaster. Why have I not heard about you before?”
Qi Hongan’s master had lost contact with the Flying Frost Pavilion for the past twenty years. Now that he had suddenly reappeared, it was normal for anyone to wonder why.
Pang Tai seemed stumped by the question. Then he said simply, “I was living in isolation. I can’t tell you more about this, I have my reasons.”
Although she had honored Feng Tianlan as his master, there were still some things that he could not tell her.
“I have no intention of taking in disciples…”
Peng Tai said anxiously, “Master!”
