When he heard the way that she was calling to him in a clear voice trying to gain his favor, Si Mobai was a little moved and stopped. “I can take a look, but you have to always call my name this way from now on.”

“You’re taking advantage of the situation.” Feng Tianlan widened her eyes, but his legs started moving again, so she quickly continued, “Alright! I’ll agree to it. But only in private. I will call you what I want in front of other people.”

“How’s my back? Any changes?” Feng Tianlan asked anxiously. She did feel that something was different about her injury. It was as if it had all healed up.

Si Mobai looked at her beautifully smooth and pale back. The frightening wound was gone, and there was only a clover-shaped mark on her backbone.

“How is it?” Feng Tianlan could feel her skin being touched. She felt rough fingers moving around her, making her back feel warm.

Si Mobai gently touched the clover-shaped scar, which looked like a birthmark. It had only been a short while, so how was her back already completely healed?

“Si Mobai!” Feng Tianlan’s voice sounded angry now. Surely this man wasn’t taking this chance to take advantage of her, right?
