Violet's proposal made Alice stop moving the pencil in her hand. She teased,”Ooh, it seems that someone is gonna treat me to dinner!”

”You are right! But you should know, I am not the person paying the bill tonight, Greg is. Haha, so I don't care,” Violet laughed heartily, happiness could easily be felt in her voice.

Alice was also happy for Violet. It seemed that she was in a very good mood today and she didn't want to disappoint her. So, she readily agreed, saying,”Text me the address and I will go there as soon as I finish this design. Don't start eating without me! Wait till I arrive, okay?” Alice pretended to warn her.

”We certainly won't! By the way, Tim will also be with us!” said Violet.

”Tim?” Alice was a little surprised and asked,”Isn't he busy?”

As far Alice could remember, Tim had been a person who was always busy with a variety of leisurely things. It was not easy for him to get away from his tight schedule, to come and have dinner leisurely.

”I don't know. Greg is talking to him. I suppose he is not busy today,” Violet replied.

”Okay, fine! Whatever! Remember to send me the address and I am getting about my work now,” Alice didn't want to continue the topic to discuss about whether Tim was busy and she didn't think much of it.

”Bye!” Violet hung?up?the?phone and got ready.

”Why not? Am I intervening anything? I thought you did those things at night.” Greg retorted, not?to?be?outwitted.

”What if I say yes?” Tim complained outwardly, but in his heart, he felt a little sad. 'Am I really this kind of person like Greg thinks? Why does Greg always view me this way?' he muttered in his heart.

”Aren't you tired? There are only 24 hours in one day. Can't you just take a rest for a few minutes? Or maybe an hour?” Greg quipped Tim.

”Stop! Can't you just think of something normal in your mind? I am making an inspection at the hotel. I am working, okay? Doing business! Don't judge me too quickly!” Tim defended himself, explaining what he was doing.
