Marrying Daniel should have been her best birthday gift, but everything was ruined the moment when she caught him sleeping with another woman on the day before her birthday.

”Okay, ” said Joe as he pouted a little and lowered his head to enjoy his food.

As he looked at his Grandpa, Jackson calmly said, ”I think it's because she's been too busy working these last couple of days. She's a little bit more tired than usual.”

”Is it?” said Andrew. As he looked at Cherry, he continued to say, ”Don't go to work if you feel tired. You can stay and rest here at home.”

”It's okay, Grandpa. I'll recover this weekend and I'll be fine, ” replied Cherry. She had never thought about slacking off on her job and responsibilities at the JS Group.

When he saw that Cherry insisted, Andrew nodded and didn't say anything to her anymore.

After they finished their breakfast, Jackson walked up to Cherry and gently said to her, ”If you're not feeling well today, don't go to work. Stay here at home and rest, I'll take Joe to school.”

Cherry looked into Jackson's eyes with great affection and then threw her arms around his neck. Acting like a spoiled child, she said, ”I'm not tired, and I mean it. I can go to work, it's okay, but you can still take Joe to school, so I can go straight to the company.”

”Okay, I'll also come to the company to see you in the afternoon, ” said Jackson.

”I'll be there, ” replied Cherry.
