Sima You Yue saw his reaction and said apologetically, “You’re just a child, why do you have such a big reaction?”

“How am I young? I’m a man as well, okay!” Fu Xi retorted, “I’m already two hundred and fifty years old.”

“But you are still a child.” Sima You Yue said, “Once your body has grown bigger, you can defend yourself again.”

“I…”

Fu Xi wanted to continue debating with her, but she already left the house and ignored him.

Very quickly, Lu Yan’s men came to call her over. She went over and met him in the highest level of a small house.

Lu Yan was standing in front of the banister. He was dressed in white with his long hair flowing casually behind him. When the wind blew, it danced in the wind.

This was the second time they had met in private.

“Master.” She bowed towards his back.

Lu Yan walked over and said, “Are You injured anywhere/”

“No.” Sima You Yue shook her head.

“Do you know why I have called you here?” Lu Yan asked her.

Sima You Yue examined his expression. He was neither happy nor angry, so she said, “I do not.”

“I know that you are intelligent and know how to fuse music attacks with other methods.” Lu Yan said. When he saw that Sima You Yue did not look proud of herself, the anger in his heart dissipated a little bit, “In the future, do not do something so dangerous again!”

“Huh?” Sima You Yue did not think that he was praising her when she said those words. He thought that he was angry that she had killed them in this manner, which is why she had prepared herself to be criticised. However, his later words did not seem to be hinting at that?

“I know my mistake. I will not go out alone in the future.” Sima You Yue admitted to her wrongs.

“In the future, cultivate more in the sect. I will help you to settle your issue with the Beast Tamer Sect.” Lu Yan said.

“Thank you, Master!” Sima You Yue smiled at him, “The Beast Tamer Sect will not do anything for the time being.”

“What did you do?”

“Before I left, I poisoned Qing Cai. He’s Qing Shi’s most beloved son, so before he manages to force out a solution, he will not do anything to me. Unless he has decided to give up on that son and make another one.”

Lu Yan knew what she had poisoned him with, “Are you so confident that they will not be able to find a cure to your poison?”

“Of course, I am the one who refined that poison myself. There are some ingredients that only I know of. If they want to find its complementary antidote, difficult.” Sima You Yue said confidently.

“After your battle, you said that you were a Beast Tamer Master, and now you are a Poison Master as well. Tell me, what else do you know? I want to know what kind of disciple I have accepted.” Lu Yan said.

“The ones I am most proficient in are medicinal arts and alchemy. Next are arrays, beast taming and being a seeker spirit master. I’m the worst at armament refinement, I spent the least time on that.” Sima You Yue replied, “Oh, now I know music attacks as well, so that is my weakest.”

“Medicinal arts, alchemy, arrays, beast taming, seeker spirit master, armament refinement. You know all of the different vocations, is there anything else you do not know?”

“I don’t know many things! Otherwise, I wouldn’t have come to the Hidden Sect to learn.. Also, what I know isn’t at its peak, so there is still a lot left for me to learn.”
