“Young Miss, Master said that we were to protect you on your journey to the Imperial Capital.” Di Liu said, “As for these people, I’m guessing that nobody else will dare to cause trouble for you anymore.”

There was a movement in space as Wu Lingyu opened his little realm and lead Black Shadow and Huan out with him.

When Black Shadow and Huan saw Sima You Yue, they were still a little panicked. Because Wu Lingyu was worried about Sima You Yue, they were able to watch the situation from the inside. That earth splitting lightning terrified them down to their bones. If it struck them, it would really hurt!

It was especially so for Black Shadow. This was the first time that he saw Sima You Yue’s lightning tribulation. His mouth had remained open wide in shock the entire time. He had always thought Sima You Yue to be weak, and that they were responsible to ensure her safety. However, after this experience, he would never assume her to be a weak chicken again.

Sima You Yue introduced them to Di Liu and Di Wu.

“Let’s leave this place first. You can’t even recognise who these corpses are anymore, but I’m guessing that their clansmen should still be able to.” Wu Lingyu said.

Sima You Yue did not respond to him. However, she turned her gaze to the sky. Then, there was a sigh and a human figure slowly appeared in midair.

Sima You Yue saw the person who had come and her eyes went wide as she pursed her lips, remaining silent.

She was just wondering who it was. When the first strike of lightning had hit her, she could sense a slight change immediately in the air. It was extremely difficult to discover under those kinds of circumstances.

However, she had still caught a sense of it.

Di Wu and Di Liu saw the person who had come and immediately knelt down, greeting in unison, “Greetings, Ghost King.”

That person was actually the Ghost King? Those who were familiar with him immediately knelt down. Immediately aside from the Ghost King, only Sima You Yue and the other three remained standing.

Ghost King did not mind their lack of manners as he asked while looking at Sima You Yue, “When did you discover me?”

“When the lightning tribulation started.” Sima You Yue replied.

“Your senses are sharp.” Ghost King looked at her appraisingly. After he arrived here, he had truly only released a bit of energy when he saw the lightning strike her. Furthermore, he had only released a little. He did not expect that she would notice it.

Sima You Yue looked away, “Why have you come here?”

“Di Zhe told me that you have come to the Ghost Realm.” Ghost King understood her moodiness and gave an explanation that did not really explain anything.

He knew that she blamed him, and thought that he had not cared about her before, which was why she had ended up in this state. He had also told her that he had not known about her before this.

Sima You Yue remained silent.

When Ghost King saw her acting this way, he recalled how his precious little daughter would throw tantrums, and his eyes filled with pain.

“Come with me.” He glanced at Wu Lingyu and the others, not barring them from following.

He walked out of the battlefield and stepped across those charred bodies. As he walked past those people who had come to watch the show who were now kneeling on the ground, he said, “Of those clans that came to participate today, kill them all.”

“Yes, King.”

The reply was in unison, then silence reigned again.. His sentence also expressed his attitude, and also represented the fact that all the clans who came to participate in this event would quickly disappear from the ghost realm.
