Sima You Yue watched Feng Zhi Xing leave and stared at the portal as it slowly closed.

She knew that if she had followed him, she would have been able to enter the world on the other side. She also knew that she would be able to find out why she had been sent to this place. However, she did not move because she knew in her heart and she would definitely die if she went over there with her current level of power.

With both hands clenched tight, she swore in her heart that she would definitely go to the Primordial Lands one day and uncover all the truth to all the secrets that Feng Zhi Xing did not say with her own hands!

As the night wind blew, she stood at the peak of the mountain as she let the wind tousle her hair as it liked.

After remaining on the peak of the mountain for quite a while, she waited for her heart to settle down before she returned back to the dorm.

Fatty Qu just happened to come out from his room. When he saw her, he asked, ”You Yue, what did Master Feng call you for? You came back so late.”

Sima You Yue looked at Fatty Qu, shook her head and directly entered her house.

”What's up with this fellow? She looks so despondent.” Fatty Qu stared puzzledly at Sima You Yue's room.

On the second day, when the students in Class A went to class, it was supposed to be Feng Zhi Xing's class but it was another senior teacher who walked in.

”Feng Zhi Xing has left the academy because a few things have come up. From today onwards, I will be your teacher. I am Ling Ping. If you have any questions, come and ask me after class. We have one minute to casually discuss about this piece of news, and will begin class after that.” After Ling Ping finished speaking, he bent his head down to open his book.

The entire class erupted into chaos. Aside from Sima You Yue, the others had been caught extremely off guard by this piece of news.

Ouyang Fei and the other four looked at Sima You Yue. Seeing that she was not downcast nor lying listlessly on the table, she had a face completely devoid of shock, and they knew that she had definitely known of this beforehand.

”Was it yesterday that you went to say goodbye to Feng Zhi Xing?” Bei Gong Tang asked.

”Mm. Master said that something happened back home so he left.” Sima You Yue sat up as she said.

Bei Gong Tang and the others knew about Sima You Yue acknowledging Feng Zhi Xing as her Master, so they guessed that he had called her over to say goodbye.

”Since he left because he had something to settle, there will be a day you will meet again.” Bei Gong Tang said after pondering for a while.

Sima You Yue was quite surprised as she turned around to face Bei Gong Tang. This was the first time that she had taken the initiative to comfort someone.

”Mm, I know it as well.” Sima You Yue said, ”It's just that it was too sudden and I need some time to digest the information. Thank you, I will be fine.” Sima You Yue said as she patted her own face as she forced out a smile.

A minute passed as Ling Ping raised his head and said, ”We will begin today's class…”

After class, Sima You Yue and the others walked back to their dorm.

”You Yue, do you know why Teacher Feng left?” Fatty Qu asked as she walked beside her.

Sima You Yue thought about how Feng Zhi Xing had told her that the situation involved the Sage Pavilion. However, because this was something too serious, she shook her head and said, ”He didn't say anything about it. He only said that some issue arose in his clan and they asked him to return.”

”Then will he be back?” Wei Zi Qi asked.

”I doubt it.” Sima You Yue said, ”However, Master said that if I went to the Primordial Lands in the future, I could look for him there.”

When she heard about the Primordial Lands, Bei Gong Tang's body stiffened. Although it was not obvious, it did not escape the notice of Sima You Yue and the others.

”Primordial Lands?” Fatty Qu looked at Sima You Yue, ”Aren't we on the Yi Lin Continent? Could it be that Teacher Feng is not someone from here?”
