I have been thinking for a while ,although I have bought a Titled douluo body type evolution pack but I am not putting it to good use,

Why is my Spirit essence not increasong as much as it is supposed to ,maybe I need to learn some otherworldly breathing or meditation technique,

the information flows into my mind ,it revolves around the three aspects namely Body ,Mental and spirit essence,using this will allow me to train my three aspects above the Total capacity of a rank .

I quickly start to practice the tecnique as I feel that the power of my body that was sealed away statmrts to come out ,nourishing my muscle ,blood vessels,meridians .I feel a mint like energy entering my mind and my eyes feel like they have started to chamge albeit a little but surely they are changing.while spirit essence enters my body as if water is being poured in an empty ocean

,tomorrow we will get an assembly so I have a days worth of time to train ,I know all the general location of this academy ,so no sweat

I keep training myself for the whole day and night as feel my eyes going into a more and more flurry state ,but whem.I.decide to stop ,the system tell me not to

finally I reached level 30 but I still cannot stop because I am in the process of re awakening my Darkness spirit ,slowly the energy surging through my eyes stops ,and in a moments notice my body starts to suck.in spirit energy

while my spirit emerges itself , swirling around me lashing here and there ,for two hours I keep myself awake not daring to sleep.I hope my darkness spirit turns into a good one or strengthens itself over time.

Now my body starts to stop sucking tge spurit essence from the atmosphere.

heavily releasing a breadth I open my eyes , feeling the changes

I ask for my spirits new evolution results.

DARKNESS :

EYES:- Your eyes are as if they contain the darkness of the world,able to induce fear effect on those two ranks above you ,making them unable to fight for tenseconds.while thise below your rank.are simply lambs

Slows the time in your eyes making you react to surprise attacks

Gives you a sonar ability ,no surprise will go unnoticed by you ,up to some degree.

your eyes will resist menatl attacks completely once you reach spirit king

BODY:- By infusing your body with the aspects of Shadow and darkness. your body will receive 70 % of an original attack .once you reach spirit king you will only recieve 55% of an original attack. you can use a new ability called :PHASE: allows you to phase through an entrapment .

Wait isn't this too much ,like I have not even assembled my full realguard i manifested my spirit and yet I have these perks ,doesnt hurt does it. once I reach level 40 I will summon my full real guard.

Hmm now that I am at level 30 I can get another spirit ring for myself and ask system if I can pissibly upgrade my previous rings.

hmmm seems plausible , wish for it then but I should have a clear picture in my mind.

The space within myselfshould have abundant spirit essence with an another seperate space for divinity,it should have a spirit ascension platformin which I can take spirit veasts age and absorb it into my rings that has spirit beasts seperated from inner to outer according to ages and it should have all kinds of geograhical structures .

I stand up as I stretch my limbs ,crackling sounds are released from my body ,I already feel better, level 30 ,I will reach level 50 within twp years,thats my goal for now.

I leave the dorm as I walk toward the kitchen-cafe to have some food for myself.I go inside as I start to eat my share of meal ,happily ...after so much meditation and practice I feel very hungry .

I look to the side and notice that it is Mu bai speaking to me, along with him is Cane ,Evil fire phoenix (Mo hongjun) that fatty is eating two big loafs of sour bread at the same time ) how disgusting .

”Cane , where the fuck were you ,I was looking for you all over the place” I said while I was devouring my food

”Yeah I can see that ,when I came back to the room ,you wereeditating so I did not disturb you ” Cane said

Dai Mubai came and sat beside me ,he ordered some food for himself and cane while the Fatty ,sat on a seperate table filled with every food the menu had
