Razlov opens his inventory then click the Privilege token and then he clicks the 'Use' item menu.

{Where would like the Host place the Harbor?}

When the system asks where to place the harbor, Razlov chooses to place the harbor southeast of the island where the deepwater was located since a harbor should be placed in deep water, that place is a kilometer away from the camp and 600 meters away from the beach which they usually use to park and board the boat.

When the image of the whole Harbor was shown, Razlov began customizing the whole Harbor. The whole Harbor was 100 meters in length so he had no problem in placing the warehouse, oil tank, crane, repair and maintenance station into the places he wanted them to be since there's much space available.

After customizing the Harbor, Razlov checks it again to see if everything was right. Seeing no problem with it, he clicks the 'Done' menu on customizing the Harbor.

When Razlov was done with placing the Harbor at his desired place and customizing it, he returned to the camp and wait until the building of the Harbor is complete while he was also browsing for a boat that he can purchase with the remaining CP.
