We both released from the hug in a very fast way and I almost pushed away when I realized how close we were. But I advised against it and just slightly moved to the side and turned around to face Liu Wei.

His face showed anger in a very obvious manner. I looked next to me and saw the pale face of Li Qiang. Which was normal considering who was raged in front of him.

Then his face suddenly turned to me.

”You would just hug a man like that in such a loving way when you back away if I even come near you?”

He scoffed and rolled his eyes at me while continuing to say.

”Looks like you can't be let out of my sight or I don't know what you'll do.”

He took swift actions and grabbed my wrist to take me away from Liu Wei and pull me to his side.

Then the feeling of winter was once again clouding the room when Liu Wei looked at Li Qiang with a glare that could kill anyone in contact.

”And you. Leave this room and my sight for at least a week before you're fired and I find a way to make you dying look like an accident.”

With who he knows it's quite possible there was someone who could easily kill without much remorse. So he immediately ran from the room without looking back.

”Yah! How could you say that?!”

My voice echoed through the room as I had the urge to yell at Liu Wei for his actions.

He looked down at my small body and grabbed me by my waist to pull me up to his height.

”If you act like this again then there will be a definite punishment that will take time to recover from...”

He leaned into my ear with a smirk plastered on his face and I shivered as I felt his lips touch my skin.

”And who knows maybe you won't be able to walk the next day.”

My eyes shot open wide and he looked me in the eyes with his piercing gaze.
