”That power halves things around it. Which means.... Rias Gremory's bust will also become half size” he finished clarifying as the red dragon emperor seemed to go into a trance muttering things about 'Oppai' and 'halved'

Shiro felt the air change as he looked towards his student snapping

[BOOST] came the voice of Draig as bursts of energy broke around the red dragon emperor. Strangely enough Shiro noticed the boost didn't actually affect Issei. The shinigami's mouth hanged open the moment he saw his student raising something up to point at his enemy.

”Is that my fish?” the silver eyed crimsonette blurted out as he wasn't sure when the Dragon Emperor took his fish

”YOU SAY YOU'RE GOING TO HALVE MY BUCHOU'S OPPAI!?” he exclaimed

”What?” dumbly questioned the vanishing dragon as he looked at the giant bass in his rival's hand begin to glow red and gold

[BOOST!] [BOOST!] [BOOST!] [BOOST!] [BOOST!] the sound of continuous boosts went on as everyone looked in awe at the aura the fish gave out

”What the hell is he doing to my fish!?” Shiro cried

In hindsight he probobly should have suspected something when the fish didn't break on impact with an ultimate class devil.

”Hahaha, his power is increasing exponentially just to keep his master's breast from getting smaller?” the fallen governor laughed as he put up a barrier

The red dragon emperor held up the giant bass as a red avatar of it continued to enlarge sending out waves of holy energy. ”Just try to lay a finger on Rias Gremory you bastard!” Issei roared as the energy from the fish reached it's height

”I'LL DESTROY YOU SO COMPLETELY, YOU'LL NEVER BE ABLE TO REINCARNATE AGAIN, VALI!”the future harem king declared as he pulled the fish back and yelled the first words that came to his mind.

”FISH...CALIBURRRR!!!” he yelled bringing down the giant bass as red gold light destroyed the vanishing dragon's armor sending him flying out of the barrier

Everyone just kept staring with open mouths at the power of the giant fish that could be on par with legendary weapons.

”I don't know whether to be proud or pissed” the crimsonette spoke up as he was deciding whether to be proud since Issei was his student or mad at the fact that he pulled something off more ridiculous than himself
