Am I reflected in this person’s eyes? This figure of “Maiden of Fire”? When I pursed my mouth and refuse to answer, Atlas spoke with his piercing glare at me .

“I know you don’t trust me but I don’t want to implicate you, my precious friend any more than this . ”

Why do you see me with such pitiful eyes?

I’m not pitiful at all .

Why do you say such insincere words?

Anyway, you are here to get rid of me .

Why are you against the trap os justice?

“I will take more medicine, so you don’t need to fight anymore . ”

The waves of emotion can no longer be held back .

The high pitched scream echoes in the forest .

Why is this so frustrating?

Atlas was given a setting where he will lead a good life as Gil-sama’s best friend .

On the other hand, what was given to me was the role of hurting the hero and rebelling against the country at the cost of hurting many people .

I don’t want anyone who doesn’t understand to deny this move .

I don’t want anyone who can’t do anything to deny my role .

It is not scary to live as a villain, kill a person and then die as a villain .

Because I know the weight of the villain’s death to the hero .

I know that’s an important event for this story to lead to a happy ending . That’s why, only I can do this .

There’s a voice that keeps blaming me inside my head .

Harvester-sama will not die if not because of me

Atlas will never take any action if not because of me

Many sorcerers will not die in this battle if not because of me

The story that I know form the novel is slowly getting off track .

Then this villainous existence that is me, what role am I supposed to play now?

Then, I should just die right?

“Eveything… . I… . It’s my…!”

“Calm down Ori!”

The thoughts inside your head reveal their ugliness .

Protecting sorcerers and then killing this “villainous G.o.d”, sleeping and dreaming peacefully on the bed, an unreachable dream, hands dyed red with blood, and pain slamming on your head . The story has begun to be different . At the end of this journey, the hero walks on a royal path . This ending is no longer the novel’s but this is reality .

If you look at what’s happening .

If you come and see this reality .

The enemy soldier have pounced crazily at Atlas, but he was struck down by his powerful arms and fell on his b.u.t.t .

Trying to get up, I saw something moving at the corner of my eye .

“……Huh?”

Something came flying towards Atlas’ body and with a dull sound, his body fell in the ground with a pool of blood under it .
