Chapter 277: Autonomous government (1/2)

Slovakia should not join the Czech Republic. This is a conspiracy of the Czechs!

What are the benefits of joining the Czech Republic for Slovakia? Slovakia is still poor and backward, and the Czechs have not opened their factories to Slovakia!

This argument has been there ever since when the two countries merged. At the same time, there are also some determined people who want to turn their ideals into reality. For example, the fat man from Slovakia who is now walking in, Joseph Ti Suo is a staunch independentist.

Tissot was born in Trenčín, Slovakia on October 13, 1887. After graduating from university, he was made a priest by the bishop. In World War I, he joined the army and became a field army priest.

After the establishment of the Czechoslovak state, Tissot once made a public speech as a member of the Slovak People’s Party, pointing out that Prague’s centralism was unjust and incorrect to the Slovak nation. This resulted in him being sentenced to imprisonment.

After that, he began a series of political activities and became a member of the Czechoslovak National Assembly.

Now Tissot accepted the invitation from Germany and came to Dresden quietly. His mood was mixed.

Tissot certainly wants to make Slovakia independent, but the current situation has determined that Slovakia cannot be alone. If they want independence, they must rely on the power of Germany and inevitably become a servant state of Germany.

This is a difficult choice.

”Welcome.” When Hitler heard that Tissot was coming, he knew what Cyric meant. Now, Hitler, with a smile on his face, shook his hands with Tissot.

The moment he saw Hitler, Tissot was also shocked. Originally, Tissot knew Cyric was here. He thought he was only here to meet Cyric, but he did not expect to see Hitler directly!

”In the past two decades, the Slovak nation has been suppressed by the Czechs. We all know this.” Hitler has already begun his best political speech: ”We support the autonomy of our Germanic compatriots, and we also support it. The autonomy of the Slovak nation.”

autonomy! In the Munich Agreement, an important principle is national autonomy! It was unreasonable for the Czechs to delineate the borders, and should be divided according to the principle of national autonomy!

In this way, many of the surrounding territories are occupied by Czechs in a minority, and the Czechs will completely lose control there, and the local people will democratically generate an autonomous government!

Not only Slovakia, Poland, Hungary and other surrounding countries will instigate autonomy in the Czechoslovak region on their border!

Hitler laughed, humans and animals are harmless, and now he is supporting Slovak autonomy, and he has not made any demands at all. Therefore, Tissot has no possibility of rejecting it!

After discussing some details in detail, Tissot returned with satisfaction.

And just after he left, the Czech Republic's territory has undergone significant changes.

Poland took over the Ossa region of the Czech Republic, and Hungary also allowed its native people who had previously lived on Czech territory to form an autonomous Carpathian-Ukrainian autonomous government.

The whole Czech Republic is already precarious.

Benes left. He knew that the Czech Republic was out of help, and the Czech Republic still needed new leaders. So, in January of 38, it became weaker or more “mainstream” and “realistic”. Members of the ruling class chose Judge Ymir Khacha as the new president in Congress.
