The next morning, we finished eating breakfast and proceeded to the plains again.

We split into groups again today, though I still can’t seem to find any Goblins. Did they seriously get scared of Hicchan?

I thought about such things while looking for Goblins.

「「Uwaaaaaaaー?!」」 (???)

I heard a scream from afar.

When I faced towards its direction, I found a merchant being attacked by a number of Goblins.

The situation seems to be bad.

There are 4 Goblins fighting the two sword-wielding what seems to be escorts, while 2 Goblins were clinging to the wagon.

The merchant ojisan was also swinging a sword, trembling, at a single Goblin.

Seven in all – the escorts were struggling. I have to help them!

The Goblins’ levels were a bit above Level 11. But, this should be enough without skills.

I pulled out the Demon Flame Sword (魔焔剣を), and knock down the Goblin who was attacking ojisan.

「Gyafu?!」 (Goblin 1)

The goblin who was rummaging the luggage had noticed me and came down with a small sword. I veered from the sword’s path and delivered a blow.

「Gyua……?!」 (Goblin 2)

I pulled out the other who was still rummaging the luggage down to the ground and stabbed it.

「Gya……」 (Goblin 3)

「ーGAUGAU!」

I saw Hicchan running from another direction, then stopped.

「GAAARUAAAAAAAAAA!!」 (Hicchan)

Ooh……a serious roar. Hicchan the Dragon, I’ve seen her in a new light.

「Gaaaー」 (Hicchan)

I saw some flame in her mouth. Wait, you’re going to burn the luggage?!

「Hicchan, stop!」 (Jinta)

「Gau?」 (Hicchan)

The flamed that she almost let out disappeared.That was dangerous……the luggage was about to be roasted.

The 2 escorts were still fighting the 4 goblins while taking some shallow wounds. It was probably caused by the armed Goblins who were more in number.

There are 4 of them remaining.

Just when I tried to rush towards them,

「Sky Lance ( スカイランス) !」 (???)

When I thought I heard Quina’s voice, an arrow of wind penetrated the Goblin.

I wonder if that was her.

The next moment, they rushed in, and Reefa and Quina were out of breath.

「Jinta-sama, we’re here to help!」 (Quina)

「Thanks! Reefa! I’ll ask you to please heal the wounded people!」 (Jinta)
