Chapter 410: Terrifying gluttony

”Big brother, what is wrong with you.  Are you really not sick?” Chen Xue used all her strength to take the tray from Ye Tian Xie's hands.  Chen Xue who was filled with worry finally couldn't control herself and her tears began to flow out. The big brother that was usually the best to her…..Today it seems like he had gone crazy.  Eating…..wildly eating, using ways that made them afraid to find things to eat. Now, he even wanted to eat things that couldn't be eaten……

The tears coming from the corners of Chen Xue's eyes made Ye Tian Xie regain his reason and control his hunger.  He was stunned as the word ”gluttony” pa.s.sed through his mind.

The first three of the seven sins: pride, wrath, and envy, these three needed to be activated and each one lasted only three days.  Moreover, he had controlled most of it and did not allow himself to hurt the people around him…..However, for seven straight days, he could not resist sloth at all.  Also for another seven days, he could not suppress his greed. He understood that the final seven sins would directly affect his soul and would display itself without any triggers, which made it terrifying.

His current gluttony…..The desire to eat envelop his body and mind.  It made him understand that if he didn't eat a lot of things, he would certainly go crazy.  Looking a the familiar furniture, floor, walls, and electronics, his mind was filled with an impulse to swallow them all.

He was certain the he could not use his mind and will to pa.s.s through this test.

Ye Tian Xie wiped Chen Xue's tears.  His lips curled into a smile as he said, ”Xue'er, don't cry.  I'm really fine, I just feel really hungry which should be because I didn't eat enough yesterday.  It's really fine.”

”Really…..Big brother, are you really fine?  But my heart is filled with worry and fear…..Elder sister is making food right now, it should be done soon.  Even if big brother is hungry, you can't eat things you aren't supposed to eat.” Chen Xue said with tearful eyes.

”Un, I'm really fine.”  After just a single minute of not eating anything, the gluttony in his heart was like a flame that was about to burn his insides.  It filled him with a wild impulse that wanted to eat everything he could see……Terrifying, too terrifying. It was even more terrifying than the sloth from before.  He clearly had strength, but he did not even have the desire to move a single finger!

Chen Xue could feel his body trembling…..It was as if he was enduring a painful hards.h.i.+p.

”Xue'er…..Tell your elder sisters that I'm going to enter the game and might not log off for seven days.  Have them be ready to fill my life maintenance equipment with nourishment cream at any moment. Alright, Xue'er, I'm leaving first.  Go and help your elder sisters make food and then eat until you're full…..That's right, tell your big sister Fei Fei to look at the sixth note I've left her back then……”

Ye Tian Xie finished speaking and already could not resist any longer.  He charged into his room and lied down on the bed. He then immediately activated the Destiny gaming equipment.

Gluttony……As the name suggests, it made one hunger for food.  This did not seem like a sin and even if it was set as a sin, it didn't sound that terrifying.  However, was reality like this?

Eating all that food in just a short period of time, Ye Tian Xie could already hear the turning of his stomach.  That swelling feeling of his abdomen made it even more clear. However, the desire for food was not reduced because of this at all…..Then, what would be the consequence if he kept eating?  What would be the consequence if he stopped eating?

The other six of the seven sins would only add a negative mood to his body…..As for the sin of gluttony, it would affect his body itself.  There was only this sin that would endanger his life. Looking at it from this angle, the sin of gluttony was the most terrifying sin!

Because if he kept eating…..A human stomach had its limit.  Even if Ye Tian Xie's body surpa.s.sed that of a normal person's, if he kept eating without end, he would still be stuffed to his death in the end.

And if he didn't keep eating…..For example, using a method to tie him up and not letting him eat……Then under the endless desire, he would eat himself in the end.  For example, he would eat his tongue and then eat all the places his mouth could reach…..

So, while he was still clear minded, he would enter the Destiny world!

In the Destiny world, his hunger would not certainly be reduced, but his body and the food was virtual.  Although the flavour was not inferior to the real world, no matter how much he ate, he would not be any life threatening danger.

Appearing in Heavenly Stellar City, Ye Tian Xie immediately took out his communication device.  Resisting the urge to swallow the communication device, he connected to Liu Qi Yue and anxiously said, ”Elder sister!  Book a top cla.s.s room in the Seven Moons First Restaurant for me…..Then the Heaven Grade! Have them make all the dishes….immediately!!”

Without waiting for Liu Qi Yue's reply, Ye Tian Xie turned off the call and rushed forward.

The Seven Moons Chamber of Commerce currently only had two restaurants which hadn't been open for long, which were both in their trial period.  The fires restaurant was located on the Heavenly Stellar North Street, close to the chamber of commerce. Ye Tian Xie charged all the way there and headed into the Heaven Room without being impeded.  He had rights to go anywhere in the Seven Moons Chamber of Commerce, so he could enter and exit any places at will.

This place was very far from the center of Heavenly Stellar City and Ye Tian Xie had dashed the entire way.  It had been less than three minutes since he called Liu Qi Yue, there was no time to make the feast at all. Ye Tian Xie who was being burned by the desire of hunger wanted to swallow the chairs or even the magnificent crystal chandelier above.

”Gluttony…..Under the greed of gluttony, you will hunger for food to a terrifying degree.  The things you can do at that time is not just as simple as overeating, you will wildly want to swallow everything you can eat.  When everything that can be eaten is gone, you will go crazy like being poisoned…..”
