Evil Dragon Against The Heaven Chapter 59 (1/2)

It was an incomparably large main hall, a cold and solemn aura could be felt, all together it made people feel their hearts stop…...as if they had just met a ghost.

The palace itself was very high, it was a little more than ten meters tall, the scale itself was truly excessively big.  The ground was covered with a carpet with a complex design, a dozen thick pillars of different colours were irregularly placed all over the main hall.  With a single glance, this place was completely empty, even though it was such a large palace, there was only a single person here, a single white haired old man.

The old man was sitting cross-legged on the ground, his eyes were closed, his beard reached the ground, his face was ancient, a look of enlightenment was on his face.  His face and aura all suggested immense strength which confirmed that he was indeed a top expert.  Ye Tian Xie’s eyes swept over the old man once, finally landing on his beard, he thought about how long it had taken for him to grow it that long.

The minute they stepped into the palace, all their arrogance disappeared, Ye Tian Xie who kept asking questions on the way here, the seven Job Change Instructors who kept bragging about how great their jobs were all became silent.  Their faces all became cautious and solemn, like a student that had just seen a stern teacher.

“Teacher, this disciple has a matter to bother you with.”  The Magician Job Change Instructor respectfully faced the old man who didn’t even respond to them entering.

“What is it.”  The old man’s lips did not move, but a clear sound slowly rang out from his body, the sound had a strange hazy feel to it, as if it was being transmitted from the distance.  If one closed their eyes, there would be no way to discover where it came from.

“Teacher, after Nameless from before, another person with the Badge of Bravery has appeared…...Moreover, he’s rejected all seven jobs that we have tried to bestow upon him, I thought you would be interested.”

After a short silence, the peaceful old man suddenly opened his eyes and immediately locked them on Ye Tian Xie.  The minute those eyes fell on him, Ye Tian Xie did not feel anything that he was expecting.  Under this old man’s gaze, it felt just felt like an ordinary old man’s gaze, he could not feel the aura that an expert would normally emit.

But, the minute he opened his eyes, it was as if the originally cold air froze and all sound disappeared.  The seven Job Change Instructors froze as if they had been had been immobilized with magic, one by one they became motionless, the atmosphere made it hard to even breathe.

Just from the expressions of the seven of them, Ye Tian Xie could tell that this old man was not a normal person.

But this kind of thought only lasted a second, before it was shattered.

“He, he, he, he, young man, you should be the one they just mentioned.  Your Badge of Bravery won’t lie to me.  At the same time, from your body, I can feel an aura that’s different from an average person, you, come over.”  The old man’s voice was gentle, slowly standing up, his face had a smile as gentle as a light breeze.

Ye Tian Xie slightly turned his eyes, looking at the frozen bodies of the seven Job Change Instructors, then he walked forward until he arrived beside the old man.  The seven Job Change Instructors blankly stared as they followed behind Ye Tian Xie.
