Chapter 972 Misunderstanding Is Clarified (1/2)

Julie was wide awake now. She stammered, ”Are you still at the hotel? I'm coming to see you now. I can explain it to you.”

”No, I'm not at the hotel. You can explain it to me on the phone,” Zed said in a cold voice.

Julie's heart raced.

It never occurred to her that Zed might check Jean's cell phone, so she didn't bother to delete the content she had uploaded on her WeChat Moments. Her purpose was just to use the photos to stimulate Jean and drive her away from Zed. She was sure that their conflict would continue to escalate because of those photos. You don't know how much pain I went through during this period. Your misunderstanding was already driving me crazy, and to top that, you moved out and refused to even talk to me. I felt really, really terrible. Every day was hard for me.”

Jean bit her lower lip in shame.
