Chapter 293 - Zhai Yunsheng and Jian Yilings Talk at Night (1/2)

During the night, Jian Yiling suddenly woke up in the middle of her sleep. She had been awakened by a dream.

It was the same dream again. It was the third time that she had dreamt of that dream.

Jian Yiling pushed open the door of her j.a.panese-styled room and gazed at the j.a.panese courtyard.

The design of the courtyard was incredibly elegant. At this moment, the moonlight illuminated the entire courtyard.

In the courtyard, Jian Yiling saw Zhai Yunsheng. For some reason, he was also awake.

“I’ve never seen such a weak wolf,” Jian Yiling replied. She said it as it is.

“Are you calling me weak?” Zhai Yunsheng questioned. There was a dangerous light in his eyes.

“Mhmm,” Jian Yiling replied. She was not intimidated by Zhai Yunsheng’s aura at all.

Zhai Yunsheng found himself unable to argue with this little girl in front of him.

Hmmm… Fine. He’ll just be a very weak wolf then.

Then, Jian Yiling asked Zhai Yunsheng, “Why aren’t you asleep?”

Zhai Yunsheng’s eyes were fixated on the garden as he answered, “My parents came here before.”

Zhai Yunsheng scoffed before he said: “Are you caring about me?”

The girl in front of him had always been honest. She even dared to call him weak. And thus, he knew that she would never lie to him. Even if she was concerned about him, she wouldn’t lie to him just to comfort him and make him feel better.
