The pistols he had seized were of high quality, and were made by the old Italian gun company Beretta, which had been hijacked from a ship by Wei Songyue, before being taken back by Wang Bing. With the help of a night vision device, Chen Fan zoomed down several flights of stairs, grabbed a black man's retractable electric baton, and held it in his hand.
