Chapter 306 Rachel, You Created The Problem (1/2)
After pouring a glass of wine, Rachel walked towards Hiram and said in a sweet voice,”Honey, you should eat something. You can finish your work later. Ah!!”
When Rachel got near Hiram, he reached his strong arm and wrapped it around Rachel's waist before dragging her toward him. Rachel was pulled forward and slammed against Hiram' s chest.
”I'm surprised you came back. Have you finally realized that what you did was wrong?”
Hiram lowered his head and looked down at Rachel who was struggling to raise herself up from his chest. He curved up his lips in a cold way.
Their stance was a little awkward and made them look very intimate.
Rachel knelt on one knee, her two hands being placed on Hiram's lap. She raised her head and looked at Hiram with bright eyes. Then she smirked and apologized,”Hiram, I was wrong. I shouldn't have blocked you. I'm sorry. I apologize.”
She felt overwhelmed and anxious. Hiram had been silent before because he had been restraining himself from letting out his anger. Now he was revealing his true self.
”You're sorry? Just to stay at your mom's home, you went so far as to put me on the blocked list and completely ignore me. Rachel, I didn't know you had so much courage. You really surprised me,” Hiram said coldly. He caressed Rachel's cheek with one hand and gave it a light pinch.
Rachel regretted what she had done. She hadn't thought about the consequences at that time. She had just wanted to live in XH Village for a few days without being bothered by anyone. But Hiram hadn't given his consent to it so she had taken the matter into her own hands and blocked him.
”I'm sorry. I was just trying to stay at my mom's for a few days. I didn't mean any harm. Please don't be angry with me.”
”I see. You still don't know what you did wrong.” Hiram raised his eyebrows, then he placed his arm around her waist and pulled her in his arms. He subsequently reached his other arm across her legs and lifted her up into his arms.
”Ah! Hiram, what are you trying to do? Could we settle this after dinner?” Rachel kicked her legs in the air, not knowing what to do to stop him. Her heart was pounding with anxiety. She wondered what he was going to do next.
Hiram held Rachel in his arms and walked toward the suite. He kicked the door open and walked in. Then he kicked the door closed behind him.
