94 Ice Queens Sister (1/2)
Initially, Qin Ruo was about to try and scare Li Xinqin off to just leave him alone. However, when Zheng Xiaoxiao offered some information in exchange for the little devil to be nice to her, his plan was derailed. Just then, Qin Ruo realized that the little devil wearing human skin immediately abandon him and went on to be Xiaoxiao's new play toy. The little devil was trying so hard to be on Xiaoxiao's good side that all sort of praises and sweet talk were used; calling her elder sister, cute sister, all sorts of sister prefixes! All the while, with hopes of obtaining secrets about Qin Ruo.
Qin Ruo scratched his head at the sight and decided to let the two girls be after a while. He then went back to his desk to switch on his computer to send Li Lanlan a message.
Li Lanlan did not take long to respond. In less than a minute after the message was sent, he heard Li Xinqin exclaim loudly in a surprised tone.
”Ah! Sis?!
”Goodbye Sister Xiaoxiao! I have to attend class now!”
With a trace of panic in her voice, Xinqin rapidly disappeared.
Qin Ruo could see a smirk on Zheng Xiaoxiao's face not long after. She then strode toward him gracefully.
”That little brat is gone?”
”Uh huh.”
As Xiaoxiao's desk was next to Qin Ruo's, she craned her delicate neck over and whispered, ”Who would have thought that she's the ice queen's sister. Strange… Even though they are equally beautiful, their personalities are completely different.”
”What so strange about that? Different people have different characteristics and personalities.”
Qin Ruo's response came automatically after his sigh of relief. Deciding there was nothing wrong with his reply, he then asked Xiaoxiao about her conversation with the young brat.
”Just look at you, you're being overly nervous! She's just a kid, it's not like she can eat you up.”
Xiaoxiao rolled her eyes at him.
Qin Ruo knew that he would suffer in the near future if Xiaoxiao had revealed his home address and phone number to her.
”Don't worry, I was just giving her some advice. That you are not the problem, but her sister.”
Xiaoxiao's triumphant reply took him by surprise.
”What did you tell her?”
”Just the truth,” Xiaoxiao smugly explained, ”I told her that you prefer feminine girls. In order to make you like her sister, she must be able to transform her sister's current 'ice queen' image. Hehe! Am I brilliant or what?”
”Yes, very!”
Qin Ruo gave her a thumbs up.
It's no wonder that a simple sentence from Xiaoxiao could make Xinqin shift her attention to her elder sister. Haha! How can she force her sister to like me? That's awesome! Now this matter will not be up to Xinqin anymore; she would eventually give up after realizing how challenging that would be.
”Well, since I've done you a great favor, you should treat me today!”
”Who's treating? I'm in!”
