Moreover, his employer ”Grand Magi” and his younger sister ”Violetmoon Devilite” were quite nice; at least, they were sensible and did not give Qin Ruo the long face for no reason. At this point, Qin Ruo acted as if the two individuals at the back did not exist. He followed Grand Magi and Violetmoon Devilite from behind, helping them from time to time in a rather leisurely manner.

The four of them revealed battle capabilities that were fairly good along the way. Grand Magi's melee combat was not that of a novice. At his worst, he brought out the vigor and traits of an Ignis Swordmaster; Violetmoon Devilite's healing spells were expertly cast and very timely. They were even boosted with Psyslash in her spare moments. As for the pair behind, their abilities were poorer and their time was mostly spent on posing, image construction, and despising Qin Ruo. Yet, this particular group managed to reach the depth of the forest without encountering any serious danger.

After they walked for about ten minutes in the forest full of hanging icicles, Grand Magi, who was leading the group, finally stopped. However, the situation they faced did not seem to be a pleasant one. Not far from where Grand Magi was heading, there was an area where huge chunks of ice were cluttered together. Unfortunately, a group of ten was already there.

Qin Ruo's heart sank.

”It's here?”

Grand Magi nodded his head with a heavy heart. Apparently, he never thought that the place would be taken over by others in the short time that they were away.

” Huh... Looks like our efforts were in vain.” Qin Ruo sighed, rubbing his nose gloomily. All the emotions that accompanied him on his way were no longer present—players would not miss out on such a high-tier raw ingredient if they found the Frost Lotuses.

Violetmoon Devilite observed the place attentively for a while, then she came up to them and said, ”Don't worry. The location where the Frost Lotuses grow is quite hidden. We didn't even discover them when we were leveling up. We only found them when we were taking a break, so maybe... the Frost Lotuses haven't been discovered yet.”

The rest of them nodded in abundance.

”Let's go there now!”

”Wait!”

As soon as Grand Magi finished his sentence, he was stopped by the other male player, Grandiose Dragon.

”We can't just go there. What if they find out about the Frost Lotuses? They won't let us go so easily then.”

”I don't have that much time to waste. Just think of a reason to get near them. Then all of you can be in charge of confusing and getting their attention in order to cover me as I gather the Frost Lotuses...”

In contrast to his previously subdued and silent attitude, Qin Ruo came up with a solution straight away without hesitation. With a cold expression, he said to the four dumbfounded individuals, ”Tell me the exact location of the Frost Lotuses!”
