1780 Do You Think What I Said Is Right?! (1/2)

Gu Xijiu finally felt an overwhelming sense of relief. She even shed a tear in the process. She glared at him and remained silent as she pursed her lips.

Di Fuyi was shocked. ”What happened? Why do you look like you're going to cry?”

His glanced around, and his gaze stopped at Rong Jialuo's tombstone. He seemed to understand what was going on and sighed. ”Xijiu, you're sad for Rong Jialuo? In fact, he…”

Before he could finish talking, Gu Xijiu pulled his sleeve and walked away. ”Follow me!” Without hesitation, Di Fuyi followed her.

The two of them arrived at a pavillion. It was built on the hill and surrounded by a plum forest. It was the plum flower season; hence, the scene looked spectacular!

Since it was drizzling and they were in the forest, no one would come to this place, and that made it a good place for a private date. The rain was gentle while the red petals on the ground occasionally flew up into the pavilion and onto their clothes.

Originally, there was a stone table and bench in the pavillion. However, Di Fuyi has thrown it away because he felt it had worn out. He took a soft chair out from his storage space for Gu Xijiu.

Gu Xijiu did not talk much, but she was idling as she looked at the plum forest outside the pavillion.

Di Fuyi took a look at her complexion and realized she looked much better since she had a good sleep. However, there were some tiny capillaries at the bottom of her eyeballs. Apparently, she did have a good rest in the last two days.

He first checked on her pulse and then wanted to check her heartbeat; however, Gu Xijiu suddenly grabbed his hand. Di Fuyi looked at her and realized she was staring at him with her eyes widely opened. ”Di Fuyi, when are you marrying me?” asked Gu Xijiu.

Di Fuyi was shocked. Before he could say anything, Gu Xijiu asked again, ”Seems like you still not willing to marry me, right?”
