Gu Xijiu smiled meanly. ”They have created many troubles in the lower bound and assisted an evil man to kill many innocent people. I killed them to save the world!”

The shadow sounded cold, and said, ”Regardless of what they did, they ought to be punished by the upper bound. Who do you think you are? You are only a local fairy, and you don't have the right to kill them! Gu Xijiu, Fairy Queen Li, and her servant came from upper bound, and they were born nobler than you are. Even if she killed all of you in the lower bound, you should not even touch her!”

Gu Xijiu remained silent. She suddenly had a realization that everyone from upper bound was full of ego! No wonder the Fairy Queen Li always felt proud of herself. It seemed like she had been brainwashed by this concept!

Gu Xijiu raised her eyebrow. ”Are you the emperor of the upper bound?”

The shadow sneered. ”I do not need to be the emperor to punish you. I am the Penalty Fairy from upper bound!”

Gu Xijiu looked at the golden chain on her body. ”How do you want to punish me?”

That shadow answered, ”Since it is the first time you have made a mistake, and you were only the assistant, I will punish you with a thunder strike as a warning to others!!”

When it was still talking, there was a flash of gold light in its hand which formed a large ball. The ball of light was getting bigger and brighter, and the surface seemed to have lightning flashing around it!

Gu Xijiu was worried. Was the thunder strike deadly? Would she be shattered into pieces? She could not hide at this time and could only used her spiritual power to protect her body.

The golden ball in the Penalty Fairy's hand was already as big as a wheel, and it was shining like a little sun. The ball of light flew straight into the sky and hovered in the air. After a second it suddenly dived down toward Gu Xijiu!
