She was supposed to judge without prejudice but then again, how many rulers could do it?

The Lord's image flashed across Gu Xijiu's mind, he needed to protect the world. If he did something wrong and caused disaster to mankind, he would need to be punished by God. Indeed, he should not have someone he really cared about...
