Gu Xijiu glared at him, ”What the f*ck are you doing!?”

Si Chen did not say anything but stared at her. His gaze was cold, and Gu Xijiu's body tensed up.

She could not remember the question Si Chen asked her. Apparently, she did not even know what was wrong.

She stood up and was ready to leave, but suddenly, she seemed to have sensed something and looked towards the direction of the wizardry barrier.

She had no idea what was happening in the forest but heard a lot of noises from roarings, falling trees, landslides, and other mysterious things. The forest was in chaos as though a tornado passed by.

It seems like a ferocious fight was ongoing and that it was coming here. The ground was shaking vigorously as though an earthquake was happening at that very moment.

Initially, Gu Xijiu wanted to stay here to watch the battle. However, she was not aware that Si Chen had already grabbed her hand and pulled her away, ”Gigantic beasts are coming! They are powerful enough to break the wizardry barrier! We must go! Run!”

Gu Xijiu knew Si Chen knew more about the Dark Forest than her. There must be a reason he did that, and she decided to follow him.

When Si Chen and Gu Xijiu left and disappeared in the bushes, someone appeared in the orange region. He had a nice body figure and long black hair. He was dressed in white. It was Long Siye!

Perhaps there were too many battles in the forest; there were some bloodstains on his white robe. Who knows if the beasts were ferocious or him?

There were four to five ferocious beasts following behind him, and each of them looked fierce. The mask on Long Siye’s face had fallen off and exposed his pale face. He flew at a very low altitude and very soon he has arrived at the wizardry barrier.

The wizardry barrier had blocked his way, and he could not go any further. He stopped and placed both of his palms on the barrier and looked at the other side. He focused his vision and noticed the wooden array which Gu Xijiu had set earlier.

Although the array was torn down, he could recognize the shape and layout.

”Xijiu!” He shouted, and his palms were shaky. Suddenly, he frantically began destroying the wizardry barrier.
