Gu Xijiu did not bother to reply.

Her storage bag was never short of wine, especially those that she enjoyed. In fact, she had a habit of stocking up a great supply of wine wherever she went.

Slightly annoyed by the request, she threw two bottles of wine to him.

Fan Qianshi caught the bottles and started sniffing them with his eyes closed as if reminiscing about the past. ”It has been a while. I miss the taste.”

Gu Xijiu did not answer him again.

Sour plum wine was not something uncommon in the six worlds. It was available almost everywhere. It could not be difficult for him to obtain the wine, so it was a rather odd request. Was he going to play some tricks again?

Fan Qianshi turned the bottle open in an eager urge to drink the wine but paused for a minute as if wondering if he would regret consuming it so soon.

Gu Xijiu offered another bottle to him. ”Just drink it.”

Fan Qianshi received the bottle and continued, ”Are you feeling bad for me?” He studied at her expression fixedly.

Gu Xijiu did not answer, for he was obviously overthinking the situation.

With a smile, she continued, ”Now that we are working together, I can be more accommodating. I have plenty of wine. If you'd like more, just say it.”

Her smile was all Fan Qianshi could focus on at that moment. He looked away and turned his attention to the wine again. With a sip, he started savoring the wine.

”Master, I would like some, too. I like this wine,” the pink candle dragon requested for some as it was craving for a drink.

Gu Xijiu softly patted its head. ”Haven't I given you a large bottle earlier? How did you finish it so quickly?”

”The wine is delicious. Also, I am a heavy drinker,” the pink candle dragon awkwardly replied.
